If you like privacy, amazing uninterrupted views of the coastline and enjoy watching sunrise and sunset then you have found a great place to stay. Built over 3 levels into the cliffs and with a private set of steps down to a private area with sunbeds at the waters edge. 3 bedrooms. 2 en-suite. Tastefully decorated throughtout. Great outside area for eating and chilling. Located near to some of the best beaches in Sardinia that are not overrun by tourism but we never visit in July/August. Great restaurant and pizzeria 5 minutes away and some other great places to eat you can reach within 30 minutes by car.

You need to be reasonably fit as there are steps you will need to navigate from anywhere to everywhere. The pool offers the best views of any we have seen but could do with being slightly larger but thats truly splitting hairs. The community roads outside the villa can be pretty rough to navigate so pick your car/suv accordingly.
