L’emplacement est vraiment top à porter de tout l accès à la mer est proche ainsi qu’au dunes ! Les magasins également la vue de l’appartement est excellente pour apercevoir des couchers de soleil et la piscine est pas mal pour faire des longueurs la cuisine est parfaite pour se préparer à manger elle est équipé correctement.

Le mobilier est trop âgé pour s’asseoir sur le canapé (trop dur) on y reste ni assis ni couché longtemps, la salle de bain est mignonne mais vraiment petite et par contre dès qu’il fait chaud 2 ventilateurs c’est pas assez il manque la climatisation. Et dès que l on ouvre la fenêtre de la chambre pour aéré on arrive pas à dormir à cause du bruit de la rue passante.

Très bien situé (5 min du Yumbo, 10 minutes des dunes). Très belle vue depuis le balcon, bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine, ventilateurs, lave linge avec pastilles de lessive…). Piscine très agréable dans la résidence. Et des attentions appréciées (un bouteille de vin offerte à l’arrivée avec un set huile poivre et sel). Merci !

Mobilier un peu daté (mais pas usé), pas de clim et pas de fenêtre qui s’ouvre (un petit vasistas dans la chambre, et la porte qui s’ouvre sur le balcon sinon tout le reste est fixé). Le Check-out est tôt (11h) et à l’heure pile on tambourinait à ma porte. J’étais prêt mais j’ai trouvé ça indélicat.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Bus direkt vor der Tür. Supermarkt und viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr schöner Blick vom Balkon. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sehr nette Kommunikation. Klare und verständliche Aussagen für Check in / out. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten beim Einzug. Was von anderen hier kritisiert wird , sehen wir nicht so. Es gibt genug Handtücher und man hat eine Waschmaschine. Bei normalen Duschverhalten ist genug warmes Wasser vorhanden. Es ist normal, dass in solcher Art von Appartements zwischendurch nicht gereinigt wird. Könnte man aber selbst machen, da alles dafür vorhanden ist.

Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, ist es nicht so sehr ins Gewicht gefallen. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage an der Hauptstraße ab morgens etwas hellhörig. Nachts gibt es kaum Verkehr. Da stört es kaum. Wenn man lange schlafen möchte und lärmempfindlich ist, etwas störend.

I have mixed feelings about this apartment, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was a big issue. The apartment clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The curtains looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages, there was a huge amount of dust under the beds, and there were long black hairs all over the floors throughout the apartment. There was a lot of mould in the shower, and the silicone was already around 80% covered. It honestly looks like it won’t be long before the whole thing is covered in mould. For me, this is not the level of cleanliness I would expect The main advantage of this apartment is the balcony. It’s really spacious and has a beautiful view. The kitchen is also well equipped.

It would definitely be useful to have a vacuum cleaner in the apartment, especially considering how much dust and dirt there was. The TV was so poor quality that it was basically impossible to watch. The remote was also really sticky, like someone had spilled something on it. The washing machine in the bathroom was very dirty, with lots of old, dried-up detergent inside. The door is also damaged — one of the hinges is broken, and the drum has started to rust. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance during my entire stay. There’s also no AC, so definitely keep that in mind if you’re planning to stay here during the hotter months.
