Das Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert, bleibt aber der ursprünglichen Ästhetik des Admirals treu, mit nautischem Dekor im ganzen Haus.
Mit 5 Schlafzimmern, darunter 2 Master-Suiten, können wir bis zu 24 Personen schlafen! Alle Matratzen sind neu, ebenso wie die Bettwäsche, der Grill, die Küchengeräte usw. Ruhe und Entspannung erwarten Sie im Navigator!

If you want a party house and do not care about property condition, then this house may suit you. If you are looking for something nice to enhance your vacation, look elsewhere. The house was filthy. We spent our first hour there cleaning each room and the floors. The house is in bad repair, dents on the fridge, missing outlet covers, non working windows. Property Owners did send a crew to look at the shower, but over all their POV was clear... this house has a heavy occupancy so maintenance is not a priority. This house in the condition it deserves would be wonderful. As is, it likely needs high 5 digits spend in repairs.

Nothing extravagant, it’s not the most up to date, but was a pleasant and easy stay with an awesome location and view. Walked on the beach Daily and watched the sun rise over the ocean from the porch.

Our family enjoy our stay. The house was right on the beach. My favorite part about the house is the view of the beach from the back deck. In the evening, the house provided a nice shade on the back deck. The beach was clean too. The house have everything we need for our family vacation.

Large house with lots of beds and bathrooms. Great location. Quiet area with good access to the beach. Our kids had a blast. Loved the kitchen and huge dining area.We would not hesitate to stay here again. Check in was easy and mgmt very responsive. Recommend to anyone

So spacious and clean! Perfect for our large family gathering (ages 4-87). The kids just loved the bunk room. It was such a close walk to the beach and we were able to set up our canopy for the whole day and people walked back and forth as the spirit moved them. The kitchen had everything we needed (and we loved the waffle makers!).
Minor issues: Fridge definitely takes a while a cool anything so pay attention to the instructions in the house manual, deck has some nails that could be hammered down

Where to begin…I’ve never written a negative review. Ever. This stay warranted one. On arrival, we had to basically sweep the entire downstairs and clean up showers. The floor was so dirty and in desperate need of mopping/scrubbing. Dirt and caked on filth. Furniture was complete gross and stained. Porch furniture was completely shoved all over the place. We killed not one but MULTIPLE cockroaches during our stay in the kitchen and bathrooms. Walls are splattered with filth and dirt. Upstairs common room we had to clean blood off of the wall. Beware of the photos of this property!!!
The house was so hot upon arrival and the AC is set to not go below 71. We had to move our elderly parents to another hotel because the house stayed so hot the entire time. Owner was aware of the air not working properly and he blamed it on Texas weather. Guess what? We live in east Texas and are used to hotter days. Zero care.

We stayed with 2 other families (16 total) and had a great time. Plenty of beds and the short walk to the beach was nice. Quiet location, about a 20 min drive from the commercialized areas of Galveston. There were a few things with the house that could/should be fixed. The master shower had a tile missing, outdoor shower plumbing needs repair, and there were a few nails on the deck that need to be pounded in.

This is a nice house with enough beds for an army. Beach access is good - the long boardwalk over the dunes is right next door. The other reviews noting the house needs TLC are accurate. The hose downstairs didn’t work - and nobody came to fix it - so thankfully the neighbor let me use their hose to rinse sand off the dogs. Siding is falling off the house in some places (nothing dangerous). Showers had some dark spots in the white grout. The living room TV works well, but there are no TVs in either of the downstairs master BRs. Upstairs TV is in a foyer type space and you can hear it downstairs. There is another small TV in one of the bunk rooms, but our small group didn’t use that room. Don’t count on the cornhole game they provide. The bags are no good and the boards are falling apart. The kitchen/dining/living setup is nice. The deck faces East so sunrises are gorgeous and it’s shaded late in the day. The house had no issues that were real problem (thanks to the neighbor’s hose) and we enjoyed our stay, but I can’t give it five stars since the house is a little beat up.

I gave it a 4 star because it needs a little patchwork and paint. One of the barstools was broken as well as a couple deck chairs. It also needs more pots and pans than the couple that are there. There are plenty of dishes and glasses though. We did have to go buy kitchen towels, pot holders and sponges for the kitchen. Our only concern was the close proximity of coyotes to our dog. Overall it is a fantastic place and we would highly recommend it and would stay there again if we visit Galveston again.

Pros:
-Excellent communication with property mgmt (BeachBox)
-Excellent beach views and access
-Quiet location, basically have the beach to yourself (Oct)
Cons:
-Property could use some TLC. The primary bedroom had subfloor fallen thru, was marked with a large painter's tape X. The deck was a bit off kilter with nail pops everywhere (watch your step). The showers need some new tile, grout, and caulk (tiles collapsing in, mildew in corners). The cabinets need some replacements and fresh paint.
All in all - if you are going for the beach - this is the spot just needs some TLC.

5 Star Family Vacation
This was the perfect home for my family of 14. Extremely clean at checkin, we appreciated the high end linens, and all the extras throughout the trip. We also rented some beach equipment from Beachbox which added a ton of fun!! The beach views from the front patio made for some memorable evenings with family and a few friends!

Fabulous beach getaway
This house was clean, super convenient to the beach which was quiet, no vehicles. The only negative was that the dryer was really old and did not work well, also a real musty smell in the laundry room.
We would def stay there again, though, despite that.

We rented this house for the beach proximity and view deck and we were not disappointed! We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the tall chairs and playing games at the outdoor table. It is just a short walk to the beach and it’s in the section where motorized vehicles are not permitted (major perk for me).
We had 7 adults and 1 child and we fit very comfortably. The upstairs living area was perfect to let some people watch TV without bothering the entire group and the kitchen was large enough to let us cook together. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

The rental price was over $3000.00 in which we paid for the vacation house and we should had experience a different situation, very unpleasant stay!. I will list serval issues with emails and pictures to prove the unlivable conditions of this property. We feel that this matter should be taking a step higher so other families that would consider this property can see our experience before paying such high price and save their hard earned money to invest on a vacation! Other companies we have rented from this year have been exceptional property’s but unfortunately they had already been occupied for our vacation dates.

Perfect house for large groups, accommodates everyone. Beautiful views, quiet location. At some point the appliances all need to be replaced, none worked great. Overall, it was a wonderful trip, we really enjoyed the house!

The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed that the beach did not allow vehicles as we had small children and a dog so did not have to worry about vehicles hitting anyone. There were a few concerning things: walking up the steps I almost fell as there was a board not secured, thankfully my brother had tools to fix it. On the balcony there was a loose banister railing that we had to ensure a child didn’t fall through. The kitchen table is large but only has 4 chairs and of which the chairs all had missing parts to the back of them. The house seemed clean but then a large roach was found.
Overall, I felt like maybe the house had not been used in a while or the propert managers didn’t know of the issues previously stated.
Even with the few negative things I stated we would stay in the house again as it’s all about location, location, location.
