Location

Lift not working. Noisy. Hot.

Close to everything we wanted to do. Plays, food, Chinatown, SOHO bars, and shopping. Seriously on the strip in the middle of all the action! Loved it! Had great windows that opened for a cross breeze. Washer and dryer combo! Full designer kitchen. One bedroom with a queen and a couch that makes up to a double bed.

Can be loud at night with the windows open but it settles down.

It was perfect for us. Location,size,cleanliness and comfort!

I loved everything

The location was very central, the apartment is huge for London and the lift made it very accessible with a baby (although it’s very small so I had to fold the pram to get in).

It was FILTHY! Everywhere has a build up of dust, it didn’t look like the bathrooms had been cleaned in forever. There were constantly ants in the kitchen and the rugs, couches, etc. were all very stained and grotty. It definitely needs a good deep clean. It was also very hot and stuffy, there is no air conditioning. We opened everything up when we first arrived to cool it down a bit but it was an ongoing battle the whole trip and you couldn’t sleep with the windows open due to the noise outside. The property managers insisted on maintenance work being carried out while we were staying and couldn’t provide us with a specific time to be home, we didn’t love having to random contractors enter the property while we were staying and feel this should’ve happened when it was vacant. It was very loud at night but that’s to be expected in the area.
