La ubicación está impresionante. Frente al mar, se ve el amanecer increíble. Tiene suficientes habitaciones y el desayuno está delicioso. Las 2 señoras que nos atendieron en la mañana son lindisimas. El desayuno es bien completo.

Batallamos con los aires acondicionados. No todos enfriaban. En la noche nos quedamos sin luz por 3-4 horas, al parecer es algo del pueblo. Sin embargo gracias a eso vimos el cielo más estrellado y disfrutamos muchísimo.

Best location on the beach! Around the corner from Naia Cafe, a short walk to the pier and village square. Abundant cozy private beach under the palm trees. Spectacular view of the stars, during a short power outage it was especially magical! Abundant breakfast lovingly prepared each morning was the special touch for our mommy getaway with toddlers.

Es un verdadero paraíso. Dormir escuchando las olas del mar y sentir la brisa marina por la noche es simplemente maravilloso. El lugar transmite mucha calma y es perfecto para descansar y desconectarse. En general, todo estuvo muy bien. El personal es super amigable y servicial. Ya extraño el lugar!!!

Lo único a considerar es que las paredes son un poco delgadas, por lo que a veces en las mañanas se escuchan ruidos. Fuera de eso, todo fue PERFECTO!!!

Location was the best at the beach of El Cuyo - peaceful and quiet.

The staff made meals for their families in the kitchen of our house for half of the day. When we booked the whole house, we wanted to have it to ourselves, so we were shocked when we saw they were staying in our kitchen for hours after preparing the breakfast for us. Moreover the breakfast selection was nonexistent - everyday the same porridge, fruits, eggs. There were no fresh vegetables, cheese, etc. The staff also didn’t speak English at all, so it was hard to comunicate. When you go on holidays, you just don’t want to ask for everything that should be there. Same with cleaning of the rooms - there was no information, that it was only optional. Nobody came to change the towels or clean the rooms until we asked on day 4. Especially there were cockroaches going around here and there inside rooms (not to mention lots of lizards, but it’s totally understandable in this climate). The main thing with communication is that the owners are not there, they are only remotely in charge, so they can’t control what their staff is doing or not doing.
