Dieses kleine Landhaus liegt in ländlicher Umgebung und ist damit die perfekte Ausgangsbasis, um Witney zu erkunden. Setz dich hinters Steuer und unternimm ganz entspannt Ausflüge zu nahe gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie River Thames (14 Autominuten) oder Blenheim Palace (20 Autominuten) – praktische Parkplätze auf dem Gelände der Unterkunft machen's möglich.

Einer selbstgekochten Mahlzeit steht in der Küche nichts im Weg – sie bietet einen Ofen, eine Herdplatte und einen Kühlschrank sowie eine Mikrowelle und Kochgeschirr/Geschirr/Besteck. Dank der Ausstattung mit WLAN und Fernseher kannst du es dir so richtig gemütlich machen. Und da vor Ort eine Wäscherei verfügbar ist, musst du nicht so viel Kleidung einpacken und kannst mit leichterem Gepäck reisen. The property is excellent and well equipped, our only criticism is the thermostats have on / off switches which we weren’t aware of. Fortunately it wasn’t too cold however, it did partially spoil our stay.

Cottage is in a great location. Unfortunately weather was very poor so had to spend most of our time in the cottage where we were expecting to be able to use WIFI. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working. In addition showerhead was broken with water gushing down the centre rather than a spray. Called the tel number provided but it was not contactable so sent an email. Later that night received a response to advise that our contact person was in Australia and had limited access to WIFI but would get both items fixed that day. Left 2 days later and no contact from anyone. So in summary it was a very disappointing short break

This is our third visit to this location it is conveniently placed between both Burford and Witney, and the building was very warm and comfortable especially as the weather was cold. One of the reasons we like the location is there is a large field next to the annex which is self contained and my spaniel enjoyed his freedom. One slight disavan̈tage is it is on the flight path to Brize Norton so low flying aircraft and night flying is possible but being an air enthusiast great photo opportunities.

The Annex was in a good location and the field for dog walking was ideal, one thing to be aware of is the farm complex is on the flight path for low aircraft going into Brize Norton, but being a aircraft enthusiast I was able to get some good photos. The rooms were clean and the large lounge/kitchen area were ideal for our Spaniel. Would like to come back.
