We loved the location as it was in between North Conway and Glen, NH. The property is very clean and homey. Just a note--the garbage can outside was frozen shut, so we did have to leave our trash in the kitchen area.
This property is a good value for the money.

We have stayed in this home before when it was handled by pinkham vacation rentals. Back then things ran very smoothly. Any problems were addressed the same day. This time they were multiple problems and no one ever came to fix any of them. The house itself isn't a good location. It needs some updating as far as the floor rugs go and we found the beds to be just as hard as when we stayed the last time years ago. The backyard small fenced in area is great if you have a pet. The gas fireplace is Nice to have on those colder nights. They need to update the pictures of the inside to display the proper setup and amenities especially in the living room area that still show the old furniture back from when we stayed in 2018. They did open up the dining room area a bit. The chairs and table and such in there are still the same. The kitchen appliances like the stove and the refrigerator seem to have been replaced and updated. I believe the dishwasher may have been updated as well. With a little TLC and a more proactive approach from Vacasa when there is an issue would have easily made this a five-star review. However with the issues that we encountered from check-in and no response to multiple times reaching out to them I feel it only fair to drop the rating to three star for no customer service and not showing what the current furniture situation is in the home. I would not recommend it, I would just recommend that they do the simple updates that would cost next to nothing and to respond to their guests when issues do arrive that cause issue with their stay.

Loved everything about it, except the beds. They were the hardest beds ever to exist. Both of them felt like wood, covered with sheets. I couldn't wrap my head around it. Seems a worthwhile investment to get some decent medium firm beds, rather than planks. Not one of us got a good night's sleep the entire 4 nights. The house was clean and cute. We liked everything else about it.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Quiet area with nice scenery. The house was very clean except for some spiderwebs on the wood beams and ceiling fans. Check in was easy. My husband and 3 year old loved the ring toss game. Would return and stay again!

This cozy, yet spacious home was located in a lovely area - close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The dining room was huge and had extremely comfortable seating at a huge table.....and the living room was large and open as well. Definitely recommend as it was super clean and well furnished.

We loved the house it had everything we needed lots of games the kids really liked the hook game in the post and played for hours it was spacious enough for us all to be comfortable and decks and outdoor was well maintained I would highly recommend especially if you are looking to do something in North Conway area

Four of us and a dog stayed at White Mountain Farmhouse for 5 nights during the July 4th holiday week. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon around 3:30. We had received the door code that morning so we thought we were all set. However, the door would not unlock. After repeated tries, we called Vacasa and were told that the door would not unlock until 4:00pm. We sat outside at the picnic table for the 30 mins and then tried again. Still no luck. Called Vacasa back, received a new code which also didn't work. We were then directed to use the key box. We used the code provided for this only to find that there was no key inside the key box. Vacasa escalated the issue to a local contact and finally two hours later, we had a code that opened the door. The house was very clean and had been left with the a/c on which was so appreciated after sitting outside for 2 hrs and bringing in the luggage. The downstairs looks exactly like the pictures online and was very comfortable, homey, and clean. The bedrooms upstairs were a little smaller than anticipated, but nothing we couldn't get by with. A note on the king size room - the person sleeping on the side furthest from the door needs to slide by the end of the bed and duck a little under the post-and-beam to get to their side. This is tricky in the middle of the night if you have to use the bathroom, but we had flashlites with us and there was a nite light in the bathroom as well. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were equipped with toiletries. The next morning when we tried to use the wifi none of us could connect. We looked around for the router box but could not find it and their weren't any instructions on where to find it. We called Vacasa back. Since this was not an emergency, we did not receive immediate assistance. Around mid-day we heard back from the local contact who told us where the router was located and we bounced it. The wifi was immediately restored. We understand it was a holiday weekend and people to assist had family plans, but instructions in the house for this would have been helpful. The rest of the week was uneventful. The kitchen was well equipped, although a cabinet could have been left empty for guests to store their food supplies. Instead, we just stored our snacks on the kitchen counter. We didn't spend much time watching TV but when we did it was easy to navigate. We kept our dog on a leash in the backyard whenever she needed to go out as the "fence" had some holes in it that she could have easily slipped through. All in all we had a fun week and recommend this house to anyone looking for a very conveniently located place to stay when visiting the White Mountains.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The house is very clean and comfortable, with an ideal location for day hikes in the White Mountains. I wouldn't exactly characterize the yard as fully fenced--there are a few openings, and I wasn't comfortable letting our dog off leash. But that wasn't a problem for us, as we were taking her on hikes with us rather than relying on the backyard for exercise anyway. We'd definitely return in the future!

Very comfortable house. Great living room space. Fenced in yard with a gas fire pit. Ceilings fans and A/C. Everything you need and a perfect location too.

With the location, we couldn't ask for more. We had a few hiccups though, a missed cleaning before we got in, a drip through the roof on a rainy day, the door code originally supplied just didn't work, the peel and stick tiles on the upstairs bathroom stuck to our feet. All minor compared to the blast we had.

We’ve stayed at this vacation home many times but usually in the winter. It’s a wonderful home for all seasons. We brought our dog as ut is pet friendly with an enclosed back yard. Gas firepit made it super easy to air out at night. Very clean and convenient location. Had an issue accessing entrance as the electronic door lock was broken. We were finally able to get in using the key which was on another lockbox. The Vacasa staff was wonderful in responding to our immediate issue and the next day sent Jake to try to fix it. Unfortunately it needed to be totally changed which was done the day of our departure. We were able to use the key so it wasn’t a big deal. We also were offered a late check out which also was wonderful as we were able to take our time. Highly recommend and definitely will be staying there again

My husband and I had a wonderful time relaxing here in the White Mountain area. The location is close to anything you might need and plenty of sights to see nearby. The house was cozy and had everything we needed to enjoy a simple vacation away from home. We will definitely be back!

We loved that we were able to bring our girl Darcy with us! She loved to run up and down the stairs depending on where we were! She won’t use the basement stairs in our house! The yard is fenced in as stated, but it was not one that we felt safe leaving her unattended as most of it is wire which I have no doubt she could get over if she really wanted to. All in all we had a great time even on the two very rainy days because we could just hang out in the home. Close to many restaurants, etc. we had a great time!
