This was a very comfortable house for three families (6 adults, 4 kids). We arrived in the dark and woke up to a lovely view of (I assume) Moat Mountain. All the bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. This was an ideal base for a great weekend of ski and snow. Loved it! NB: Bring your own firewood for the fireplace!

It's a shame this property hasn't been maintained by the property management company hired by owner to do so: Vacasa. This is our second Vacasa experience met with poor housecleaning. Upon arrival, the hardwood floors still had grit and weren't cleaned. I discovered that the vacuum in the house was broken and they cleaning staff were simply trying to clean the floors with a swifter. Vacasa did agree to refund part of my stay. But not to my satisfaction. I ended up washing the floor on my hands and knees because they couldn't send help. (They finally had a vacuum dropped off on out 3rd day, as we are already checking out). Two window air conditioned units in two bedrooms had not been installed properly, leaving gaps for grasshoppers, spiders and mosquitos in. Someone previous to us had tried stuffing paper towels in the gaps - I tried adding some painter's tape. The bunk beds in the basement do not seem safe - tape wrapped around the connections where the top and bottom bunk meet. Lots of cobwebs through the basement. Poker table filthy...looked like some old chewing tobacco in the corners of the table. And the basement fridge pictured is broken, with tape on it reading "do not plug in" All of this is a shame, because the house would otherwise be great. Lots of pots and pans (these were dirtly as well), books, boardgame, movies - and a lot of space.

The house was clean. Out of the way from busy down town area but close to things to do. Plenty of room for the children and adults. I would stay again. Richard

It was the perfect location for fun and relaxation. The beds were comfy enough room for 7 gals to sleep comfortably.

Fully featured kitchen and nice deck. Very comfortable for 4 adult hikers.

We really enjoyed our time at this well maintained and managed home. The house is in a private yet convenient location. It is very clean and fully stocked. It also has a lovely view of Moat Mountain in the distance from living room and deck. PVR team did a nice job in keeping us informed of all necessary details prior to our trip. They were very responsive and helpful during our stay as well. We were able to manage the garbage drop-off with no issue at all. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us. We loved our stay!

The property was an excellent location for what we did. The six of us fit nicely into the three bedroom property. There were two bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs, two full bathrooms, a full and complete kitchen, a dining room and a comfortable living room. The property was spacious for our needs and well kept. However, we did have a few issues that need to be addressed. The downstairs bedroom was QUITE COLD the first night until they found a space heater for the second night. Yes, they could have used the pellet stove, but then, according to the property documents, the guests have to BUY more pellets for the ones they used. When we arrived, we had to make our own beds with the sheets neatly placed on the beds. When asked by phone why we had to make our own beds upon arrival, the response was "we don't do that". Upon check out we were asked to do several things; some of which I'm not sure I understand and some I do. Turn off all the lights, lower the temperature to 50 degrees on the thermostat, clean up all trash outside (food for animals) and lock the doors are all items that were expected and completed. However, we were asked upon checkout to empty the refrigerator and wipe it down, wipe down all the bathroom and kitchen counters, empty the trash (and take it to the Office property to dispose of it - the opposite direction to which we were traveling), load and start the dishwasher, place all towels in the bathroom and strip all the sheets off the beds. As we were doing these things, we were asking, "What exactly does the 'cleaning crew' do?" At the completion of our tasks, I have to say we got tickled and laughed a little at the envelope on the kitchen counter that was, I can only assume, a tip for the 'cleaning crew'. Again, this particular property was in an excellent location for what we did and the time of year (October) in which we were there. The house was great for a weekend getaway with friends! Highly recommend!

Property is well managed and easy to get to and in out of town.

Very nice quiet home, beds are comfy, has everything you need. will stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was very clean and served mine and my sisters family extremely well for our 8th annual skiing/snowboarding year end trip. Our two boys (17 and 21) and their two friends and a nice place to hang out in the basement away from the adults! Appreciated the shoveling/sanding of the very icy walkway! We were close to North Conway center and mountains for skiing. House had everything we could need to make our stay comfortable! We will definitely look in to renting again in the future.

The basement Rec room for the kids was key! They spent time downstairs and gave the adults time upstairs to play games and enjoy conversations. We definitely want to rent again.

The house is clean and organized and has a big picture window that showcases a beautiful view of the mountains. There is plenty of space for families with a large eating area, three full bathrooms, and a finished basement game area for kids. We enjoyed our stay while skiing at Attitash over February vacation and found the location convenient to the many local ski areas and downtown North Conway. It was so nice to come home after a long day of skiing, have a fire and relax. We look forward to staying again!!

We had been told the pellet stove which heats the downstairs area would be going upon our arrival. It was not. Although the rental agency sent someone to start it, it went out. We restarted it but it did not run correctly until the 2nd day and after several calls to the agency. The owner did respond and had a heating service call to advise us what to do. We also found the light at the bottom of the stairs did not work. All the bulbs were out. We asked the woman who came to start the fire if she could replace them. She looked for bulbs but couldn't find any so we suggested she take bulbs from the sconces we would not be using so she did that. We had opted to purchase the linen service so were a bit surprised to find the sheets folded on each bed and we had to make all the beds ourselves. The pillows are rather nasty looking and should be replaced. The microwave has a hole in the door so we were afraid to use it. The fireplace has a scorched area so we were not sure that would be safe to use either. The placemats were stained with food and needed to be washed so we left those with the linens on top of the washing machine. Not sure if these problems should be handled by the owner, the rental agency or the cleaning service but someone needs to look things over more closely. It is a very nice house, well laid out for a large family or group to use but needs some attention. The last question below would be "Yes, but make sure the above have been taken care of."

Including a grille to cook on and a nice kitchen for breakfast. Super close to the Saco river which was one of our stops. The staff was very helpful as well. Also, the linen service of $75 is a waste of money, they simply leave a stack of sheets on each bed and nothing is made. You're better off bringing your own sheets since you have to make the beds. The towels for the bathroom were not in the bathroom, thought they'd be nicely hanging. We didn't understand what we paid for... Also, you have to being all your trash to the property services dumpster which is 15 mins from the house so bring a truck.

Needed a little more instruction for the use of the pellet stove and the need for heat in basement. But we figured it out. Also, couldn't find the place to deliver garbage in Conway. The address brought us to a place without a dumpster. Charging for garbage if we don't have a place to take it seems unfair. Otherwise, a fabulous stay.

Plenty of room, clean, comfortable sleep and up-to-date technology and appliances. Very large parking area that fits many cars. The only complaint is that a grill is advertised for use, but it was almost completely buried in snow and off of a path, rendering it impossible to use. We had hoped to use it, but it by no means ruined a great spot with otherwise extremely excellent up-keep.
