The location and room were perfect. Could use some new paint and a refresh.

The condo was good for a long weekend. It did have a Smokey/musty smell when we arrived. The room looked clean but we did find an almond in our bed sheets. (We did not have any nuts with us). If you are staying for a while, I’d suggest bringing your own pots and pans. The views are great and there was always someone cleaning in the facility and pool area. I will warn you that the parking garage is down and across the street.

Very clean condo unit that was nicely decorated, clean, and all the amenities were nicely included. Plenty of towel sets, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, washing machine detergent, dishwasher pods, coffee, creamer, etc, There really wasn't anything we needed once we arrived. The beds were super comfortable and the 4th floor ocean view was exactly what we had hoped for. Like most Myrtle Beach condo buildings it's starting to show it's age a little but it never took away from the reasonable and comfortable stay that we had. Thanks to the owners and Vacasa for a great long weekend!

Condo was lovely but could have used better cookware in the kitchen, luckily I brought my own electric skillet and it was missing a working blender. the building itself was a little worn, hallways needed vacuuming. The pools were very crowded with very little monitoring by management. It was difficult to get pool chairs as people seemed to keep them all day, saving them with beach towels. The breakfast in the restaurant was no good and flys were everywhere while we were eating inside. overall , the condo was nice but due to the building condition and lack of overall management and the over crowding we would not recommend to others. In fairness, the front desk staff were all very nice so they are probably trying their best, but management does have some issues and they need to update the building to attract renters expecting a more upscale experience.

The property was beautiful and right on the beach. We enjoyed everything about our vacation. The resort is very nice, with plenty of pools and lounge chairs to soak up the sun. The only small complaint we had was the understocked kitchen. Not enough pots and pans, but we made it work. It was perfect and we highly recommend this room.

The room was a very clean. Loved the balcony and being on the 4th floor made it even more enjoyable. The beach and pools are great at Baywatch! Will definitely stay here again when coming to North Myrtle Beach!!
