The cottage was really nice. The property was pet friendly and the pool and beach area was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The private beach didn’t offer direct access to the ocean water for swimming but it’s next to the hot tub and pool and was still a great place to relax.

Staff was amazing. Rooms were updates, clean, and comfortable.

Hours of the pool- only able to swim until dusk.

The property was great, it was exactly as described.

1) I expected so much more for USD 4,000 for six nights. 2) Our room was never cleaned when we returned from the day out. 3) I had to go to reception twice to ask for towels to shower so we could make our dinner reservation. 4) The cleaning staff left garbage bags and dirty towels every day in the hallways. Very disgusting. 5) Never enjoyed the pool as they allow kids to throw footballs all day across the pool. The pool is too small to allow this. Was hit several times with footballs. 6) No bell service or room service for USD 600 a night. 7) Cleaning staff never left new shower gel each day. 8) Very poor service for what you are charging per night.
