This is a really big, modern, tastefully decorated villa, with a great pool. It overlooks a small lake, with plenty of bird life (and a couple of small alligators) to watch. It has a good games room in the garage. The air con keeps the villa at a lovely temperature, although the games room can get rather warm! It’s located in a very nice gated community and is about a mile from the golf clubhouse and communal pool and tennis courts.

It’s quite a long way out of Orlando and the roads to the parks can get very congested. It regularly took us 50 mins to get to Universal and about 35 mins to Disney in very slow traffic. There are a few ‘bits and pieces’ that need replacing at the villa - like the pool lights and the vertical blind slats. The management company (Orlando Holiday Rental Homes) were good at communicating before our trip, but didn’t respond to our call or email while we were there, but it wasn’t really a problem because the villa is so lovely and generally well equipped.
