Location is great

Vacasa is a nightmare and will nickel and dime you. We left my daughter birthday toy and they would not tell us if it was there or not without paying $25 just to tell us one way or another. Absolute horrid customer service. I will avoid vacasa properties like the plague. I wish this property was locally or “real person” owned.

Closeness of beach and pool.

Bad service from Hatteras Realty. Both TV's in bedrooms didn't work, called for service and ignored! Had to call 3 times to get door code access to condo. Had to call 4 times for pool code!!!

The condo was super nice and we loved the view from the balcony. My kids loved the pool.

better tell me what kind of place their stay improved on bed and tv that there is no ocean veiw

I liked having two master bathrooms. We really enjoyed having a covered deck so we could sit outside when it rained. The location is unbeatable next to the pier, restaurants, shopping, and the Food Lion. We had everything we needed for cooking and eating. Very comfortable and nice to be able to cook meals to save money.

I felt the communication about the property and problems we had was impersonal. The WiFi was difficult to obtain, lots of wrong information. We found some live waterbugs and lots of dead waterbugs. The pool needs more seating. There should be an outside water area near the dune walkover to cleanse feet of sand. During our week, someone came over to change the batteries in the smoke detectors. We let him come in; however, if we had not been home, he said he would have called Vacasa and gotten a code to come in. He was told by the office no one was in the unit! Our cameras, laptops, and money would have been in the unit. I'm sure Vacasa is not responsible for anything that could have been stolen. This type of miscommunication is unacceptable, putting the renter at great risk.
