Everything was great. Would happily stay here again.

Nothing, parking was easy. Everything was as easy as possible.

The location was walking distance to the strip, the room was huge and very nice! We had everything we needed. Close to everything

The room was beautiful, great looking hotel very clean. Right when we walked in the staff was very friendly helpful. Had an amazing view very comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. Any questions I had were answered immediately. Highly recommend. We will be booking future stays for sure!

I honestly can't think of anything we didn't like. Not one complaint from anyone in the group.

Pictures look great, room looks better in person. Huge, comfortable, stylish. Perfect spot to stay in Vegas. Amazing view of the strip.

Can't think of anything worth mentioning. I guess the bathtub was so big I didn't feel like filling it up, but that's more of a positive.

Location

awesome property, super spacious, great view, all amenities you need available. Bang for your buck being that is a 5-10 minute walk from the strip! I’m definitely going back next trip to Vegas. Host responds right away.

The suite is spacious and could be beneficial for a family or a group. However, it is not by any means luxurious. It is more on the scale of a midlevel hotel. Also, I believe several of the issues could have been fixed if we had not booked an owner suite but went directly through the hotel.

Check-in Check-in did not go smoothly, as anticipated. The primary person on the reservation did not arrive first as expected due to a several-hour flight delay. Unfortunately, the hotel could not locate the reservation or allow a listed visitor to check in without contacting the owner multiple times, which resulted in my associate having issues with check-in after a long flight. Key We had to have the room key rekeyed every day! Room Description The room is called a “penthouse” when it is located on the 9th floor out of 17! I don’t know how the owner, in good conscious can call it a “penthouse when there was NOTHING special about this floor. Air The room air could not be adjusted, resulting in the heat being on the entire time. I noticed a box fan in the bedroom, which made me question the thermostat's functionality. TV Though I did not need to watch TV, I could not even watch the weather on any of the channels. Business Center The site says 24/7 business center, but it was closed every time I went by. I asked if I could borrow a pair of scissors (even offered a deposit to use them for no more than an hour) since the business center was closed. You would have thought I had asked to borrow a meat cleaver. It was not worth the hassle of calling the owner to ask for permission. Bars and Lounges The site says it has several bars and lounges. However, they were only open from Thursday to Sunday, with limited hours. So there is no room service and limited restaurant availability. If you are looking for a place to get food without leaving the hotel, this is not the place for you. Furnishings The furniture is very cheap.
