Hotel Rural Inz-Almaraz

Nice decoration in the room with thoughtful touches like a kettle, mugs and teabags - thank you. A very friendly welcome from the staff too.

One of the pillows was very old and lumpy and needs replacing. The shower head was small but worked efficiently.

Die Gastfamilie war nett. Mir wurde ein größeres Apartment gegeben wie gebucht. Schöne integrierte Zimmer und Apartments in einem recht verwinkelten alten Haus mit viel Ambiente und liebevoll gepflegt. Gegen Bezahlung kann man Abend essen, frisch gekocht von der Host Frau. Sehr gut. Alternativ um die Ecke nach unten befindet sich ein kleiner Platz mit Kirche und dort gibt es auch 3 Lokale, wo man essen und trinken kann.

Es war ein bisschen kalt im Apartment und ein bisschen "clammy", da nicht (mehr) geheizt wurde aber es gab genug Decken für die Nacht.

The room is spacious, the location is great (mostly on high season), the staff was helpful making sure we get to check in even if late. The hotel is cute, and i believe perhaps in high season with things open I would have a lot more things to like.

As mentioned above, this review could have been different, however there are a couple of things that the price does not justify. I don’t know what’s wrong with showers in this lands.. again absolutely no shower curtain, glass, nothing .. of course if you want to take a proper shower the entire bathroom will be soaked, don’t quite understand this one. Then there is the bed, in the pictures it looks tidy, but it’s not comfortable at all, it feels like an old mattress on wood, and it’s for quite a small couple. Then there is the season element, we were told that the restaurant will be closed only 2/3 days before, I would have probably book somewhere else if I knew that, because for dinner during this time of the year is very hard to find anything open in the nearest 20km, the closest would be Ronda. So yes the hotel is cute and staff was pleasant, but for the price several of this items really disappointed. After hiking you want a comfortable stay.
