Location allocated private parking with coded locked gates access to the property and size of appartments
Can't think of anything

Location perfect for what we needed, communication was good, great to have secure parking, plenty of room for us.
The code for the key box in my Booking.com reservation was incorrect so it took ages to figure out we were doing it wrong, until I checked an email I'd received later and it was correct in there.
Could have done with a normal frying pan (or 2) rather than a griddle.
Bathroom radiator could do with a clean up.
Nothing that would put us off booking again though!

Location great, quiet and good safe parking. Plenty of hot water and lovely long deep bath. Good size main bedroom.
Twin bedroom very small and cramped. Bathroom mirror was old, marked and the door didn't stay shut, and the radiators were very rusty which gave a rather neglected feel to the apartment. Chipped and crazed bowls in kitchen, not good health and safety.

Location to town and secured parking, a good base for day trips. Good park (Carr bank) on the doorstep and a quick walk into town you can find supermarkets and lots to eat.
Having stayed a few times over the past 2 years I feel they are getting very tired and in need of a refresh. The carpet was stained and mould in the bathroom tiles. It’s also possible there was a leak under the sink as there was a musty smell. Another downside was people tended to stand outside the apartment and smoke. The property should perhaps introduce a smoking area perhaps in the garden area at the back away from apartments.
