Comfortable beds, air-conditioning, washing machine, no noise from outside as it faces the internal court yard of the building. Good location.
No trash card meaning that we needed to walk to public small bins to get rid off it. The people above made noise early in the morning while walking and moving furniture around then they stopped and this is every morning. When you are on vacation this is not exactly what you are looking for.

Location is great and although close to the centre it 8s super quiet. Communication with the owner /administrator was easy and efficient.
Perhaps coffee (even the instant type) could have been available and 1 large still water.
