Well decorated and clean apartment... There were some basic kitchen groceries.. enjoyed using netflix . Everything was good enough.

Only tv remote cells were old . Need to change them

Location is good. It's is a pretty good apartment to stay alone aor with family. But cleanliness and maintenance was the issue. Fridge was a bit dirty. Tv was not working. Property owner shoukd take care of these things and it would be perfect place to stay.

The location was the only good thing.

I'm not sure what is new and elegant about this place. The bedroom walls were crumbling onto the floor. There was trash under the bed. The bathroom sink leaked everytime you turned it on and it was held up with a pile of sponges that did not help. It also smelled like rotten eggs. The AC leaked into a bucket and had to be manually emptied everyday. The bedsheets had stains and were ripped, wondering if they were cleaned from previous guest I don't think so. There was no cutlery aside from one knife. No toaster and had to ask for a kettle ( basic things you need for a kitchen to function). The kitchen cupboards were filthy. The bedroom drawers were moldy inside and dirty. There was left over rotten food in the fridge. The place had seriously not been cleaned. Beggars also followed us to our bedroom door to ask for money, meaning no security available. I'm not sure why the reviews are saying this place is exceptional either they are solo travelling men who do not care about cleanliness or are the hosts friends trying to promote the place either way this place is not worth it. Although it is cheap you can go somewhere better for maybe 1k rupees more. We left one day early and booked a new place as we couldn't bare staying in this dirty place any longer, the new place was like a palace compared to this place and was only 1k rupees more and just around the corner. Do your research and don't be manipulated by pictures like my family. I have pictures of the mold, crumbling wall, dirty kitchen, broken sink. Sadly there is not option to post them here. Living in this place definitely ruined our first experience in Pakistan. This place could have some potential as a budget hotel if it didn't lack the care of cleanliness. However even if it was cleaned it should never be called new and elegant as it is the furthest thing from new and elegant. I am very angry and feel dirty from living here.
