getting in for checking in was a problem, it was not clear where to go . front desk sent us somewhere . we found no one there . it was locked no security. we had to wait outside and it was so windy. also getting out. bed was not comfortable at all but loved the views from the apartment. it was clean. host was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again in future. just those small glitches .

everything was good besides that fact that there were cockroaches in my bedroom keeping me up all night, crawling all over the bed.

location, peaceful, spacious and great value for money

when I checked in the lady cleaning the property was still not done yet it was way after 14:00 which is the check in time, she kept on saying she’s almost done but she was completely done around 16:00. The check out is 10:00 in the morning I don’t understand who takes this long to get the whole apartment clean.

First of all,when you verbally asked so nicely to check in at 11hoo due to I used a flight,to my surprise room wasn't ready after Spoken to Busi 2 days because,following day after my stay that's when I get a reply that I can't check in 11h00,Last but not least Busi never welcome us,I mean a warm welcome to your guest,lastly I believe only got daily data,when I arrived 21st March from there nothing,it's not my first time booking at point bay,welcoming of guest should be a priority 😊...please improve of hospitality Busi,the ladies that cleaned bravo to them

I did not that we had to pay extra for service staff . Air cons are set very high so cannot reset to suit the weather. Sheer curtains in the bedroom do not work with early sun rise. At night the bedroom is too bright to sleep .

I just loved how Busi was remotely there for us, her timely response and her calling to make sure we have a smooth check in was excellent.

I booked Point Bay on booking.com but when we arrived we were told we are going to stay at East Point which is situated behind Point Bay and the apartment was definitely not the same standard as the picture I saw on booking.com. We were very disappointed as we could not be put up to the same standard apartment.

Very neat and tidy simply yet beautiful. Had all the facilities. Check in was most pleasing. Will definitely go there again.
