Loved the condo and the fact it was on the beach! Owner was very easy to work with & communicated well. Easy check in! Wasn't a lot to do in Topsail specifically, more of a laid back atmosphere, but condo and beach were great!

Wonderful but short stay! Hostess was easy to communicate with and rectified issues at check in!

Would like to enjoy when not so busy with a wedding weekend

Really enjoyed our stay. Had a few issues and Beth was very responsive an quick to fix issues. We had 3 kids under 10 with us and the game room and on site ice cream parlor were a big hit. Only thing missing was a Smart TV or fire stick to watch on.

Place was clean , beds were comfortable. It was a great place to spend a week at the beach

There is nothing nicer than when arriving at your vacation destination finding that your home for the week is spotlessly clean and just as comfortable as what the pictures presented. Just a short walk and you are on the beach. Quiet surroundings and everyone is so nice. This location made for the perfect vacation. 5 stars from my family.

Very clean except patio chairs needed cleaning. Great property, well furnished, comfortable. Location on a higher floor in the building would have provided a better beach view. Excellent food at pool grill. Was able to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

This unit is decent. But we were several other families and their units were generally more updated. Keurig didn’t work and there was tea kettle so I boiled water to make instant coffee. Shower head leaks terribly. Very outdated showers and old carpets. Towels and bedding also in used condition. However, unit is on first floor so using stairs is easy. Owner is great with communication. Furnishing are nice. TVs work great.

Our family of five (3 kids ages 12, 3 & 1) stayed at this condo this past week. Beth was a great host who responded quickly to any and all questions we had during our vacation. Aside from a beachfront property, our main concern was the cleanliness of where our family would be staying. We are happy to report that this condo was both clean and decorated tastefully without an over abundance of decor for little hands to grab! We loved the easy access to the parking lot — the condo is just a few doors down from the stairs and elevator (first floor - not ground floor), and made for easy unpacking/packing of the car. The condo is also a very short walk to the pool of the three building complex, as well as the on-site ice cream parlor (an added bonus for our kids). We really liked the keyless entry to the condo, giving us one less thing to worry about losing. We didn’t need to use any of the utensils or dishes, but the kitchen seems to be well stocked with a toaster, coffee pot, and I believe we saw a crockpot stored away as well. We did try to use the Keurig one morning, but it didn’t work for us. Luckily there are plenty of coffee shops on the island. It’s important to note that the AC can’t be turned down lower than 72 degrees to avoid freezing the lines, resulting in less than comfortable sleeping situations. There are fans in both bedrooms which help circulate air. Lastly, the curtains in both bedrooms and the living room are sheer and the windows face the pool, which is well lit at night. This made nap time for our kids, and bedtime for all of us, challenging because the rooms still had a good bit of light coming through the curtains. Neither of these things are dealbreakers for our family, and we hope to be able to return to Topsail and book with Beth again.

The entire vacation trip here was stress free and the host was very accommodating.

My family and I had a great stay here! It was very clean and kitchen was full of utensils to cook! The balcony has a slight view of the ocean but mostly the pool. Only a short drive to restaurants and about 30 min from new river air station! Beth was very helpful answering questions and guiding us through the check in process! Overall our stay was very nice!

Great experience. Would recommend more towels and wash rags and also fix AC unit so it can be set below 72 degrees. Shower heads could use updated with hand held heads. Overall it was a very nice place and a great experience.

The place is perfectly located and exactly as the photos show! The owner is responsive and the property clean! Highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was too notch. Any question I had was quickly responded too. The condo was a convenient location. It was clean and well stocked. The pictures on the listing need to be updated as there is no indoor pool area. We were slightly disappointed when we got there and found that out. Overall though, a wonderful place to stay with a family.

Property was clean, close to beach and quiet! Enjoyed walking to beach and watching the sunrise! Everything was perfect!

We came to spend a few days just chilling out and this was the perfect place. Everything we needed.

We had a few days left with our Air Force son before he had to go back to his duty station. And this was the perfect place for us to spend time together. It was quiet and beautiful. We loved the beach and the pool. We visited Surf City area and much preferred the Topsail area we were in. The property was in nice shape. We all slept well. We made some wonderful memories to carry us through til our next time together. The pool area has a cabana and the food was really good. We ate there twice. (Burgers and Chicken tenders. Nothing fancy). There isn't much commercialization of the area. Don't expect Myrtle Beach activity. The laid back atmosphere was exactly what we needed. And the views were unbelievably gorgeous. (I've never seen those colors in sunrises and sunsets) The owner was very quick and easy to communicate with. There was an initial snafu w communication and we didn't get the email letting us know to bring garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.... We bought it locally and left some for the next guest. Double check before travel to bring some of those items.. I'd also recommend bringing extra beach towels. Locals were organizing at the resort for a 9/11 tribute as we left, and it was touching to see the local service men/women showing this kind of honor. Perfect end to our visit.

Furniture was comfy! No ceiling fans but portable Fans in bedrooms made extra cozy. Love the extra sink/bar/storage cabinet off the kitchen! Laundry worked great and was used often ha! I like to clean during my stay … broom and vac worked great but would suggest maybe having some windex on hand for glass kitchen table or some type of cleaning products. Would definitely recommend supplying more towels or suggesting families bring more bath towels (kids never hang towels and would steal ours haha) Freezer doesn’t have ice maker but we just bought bags right down the street! Great unit! Great vacation ! Would definitely choose this unit again!!!
