Huge wow factor with this property. Spotless. Spacious. Comfortable. Close to the beach. Perfect for our large group. We’d definitely stay here again.

All good

Beautiful home and ample space for our party of 14: 10 adults, 4 children.Floors, furniture, and showers were not as clean as expected for the rental price we paid. Stains on the dining and living room chairs and sofa. Hair in the showers. However, our stay was very enjoyable! Kids loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. We had a wonderful time! Just wanted to share some issues that are easy fixes for future renters.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great for a large group. It's very nice and decorated beautifully. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. The pool area was great for the kids. We loved the open concept of the kitchen and living area. The location was less than a block from the beach. And the bikes were great. Having two refrigerators was awesome. We were disappointed that one of the dishwashers was broken the entire week we were there. With a large group, 2 dishwashers was needed. We noticed ants in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The cushions on the dining room chairs were stained along with the living room rug. This is not something you would expect in a house this expensive. The kids slept in the bunkbed room, which they loved, but this room does not have its own bathroom, so the kids had to share with the adults. We were told someone would be by to check air filters the first full day we were in the house. This could have been done while the house was being cleaned; not after we checked in. The front door was not easy to open so we decided to keep that door locked and only entered through the back door. Overall we had a great week and this house worked for us, but I'm not sure we'd stay in this particular house again.
