Great location with a surplus of essential items not always available in a rental like paper supplies, linens, and sporting equipment. Working with Michelle was great, she was very helpful in making our stay great.

This home had everything we needed for a fun get away with our 3 teen/young adult boys and our dog! Plenty of room for the boys friends to visit us during our stay! The outdoor shower was perfect to clean up our pup after our beach walks with her! Steps to the beach, clean, and stocked with all of the necessities! Michelle was amazing and super responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED the week we recently spent at this awesome beach house! It was the perfect home base for a fun but very relaxing family vacation with our teenage/young adult children. The house is located just a few steps from the beach and bike/running/walking paths; minutes/walking distance to cute local restaurants; and a short drive to downtown Ventura, the harbor, the freeway and all amenities (gas, grocery store, etc.). The house itself was super cozy, bright, clean, spacious and well appointed. Some “extras” that we really appreciated were the hot tub, outside shower (with hot water!), and multiple car parking spots (which allowed our children to bring their cars, and friends/families to conveniently visit for the day). The house layout was awesome too - while the kids had their own space downstairs, we spent a lot of family time together in the living/dining area (main floor), and the master room on the top floor was perfect for my husband and me. Last but not least, the property manager, Michelle, was very communicative, responsive and lovely to engage with from beginning to end. She provided detailed and helpful information throughout the process and was super quick in responding to questions. We are definitely looking forward to returning!

We had a great stay at Pierpont Bay over Thanksgiving. There were five of us in the house and there was plenty of room. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and the patio and the kitchen was great for making Thanksgiving dinner. We made great use of the bikes and enjoyed riding to the pier several times and even did the bike ride to Ojai from the house. We did the two minute walk to the beach several times and if the weather was warmer would have made use of all the beach toys available. Michelle was a great host and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Ventura.

The layout of this fabulous house was perfect for if you want a break from family 😊 or want to be together. Distance from beach was great. The beach was AWESOME! The property manager was exceptional thoughout. During booking and during our stay.

This property was beautiful. It was very close to the beach and slept all ten of us comfortably. My family has been coming to Ventura for as long as we can remember and this house was one of the best ones we have ever rented. We had a fabulous time.
