The location was nice.

I have never written such a negative review. I expect some things to be not what I expected however this place just kept disappointing me and my family and friends. When I booked description stated 3 king beds. This was the main reason for booking this property over others. After the charged my cc, description changed. After 3 calls and 2 hours on the phone just days before our arrival, we were told 3 kings. Not true! Only 1. Ac didn't work in living room and set off smoke alarm which took us a few minutes to figure out why because there was no smoke just a bad smell like antifreeze, stains on bedroom carpet, cockroaches in the common area of the complex as well as in our kitchen! Broken screen doors, broken decorative piece on lamp, cupboard door on counter in laundry room. Complex has a pool but it was so cold you could not stay in for long without lips turning blue, States it has a beach but it is a lava rock and you have to navigate carefully past the rocks without falling and hurting yourself. In short, I feel mislead about what I booked and the female working at the checkin area I spoke to twice and each time she acted irritated and annoyed that I asked a question and interrupted her read her book. So, they have the money I promised to pay but I did not get what they promised when I booked or even when I called days before checking in. At least I know I kept my word and left the condo in clean, dishes done, laundry done, floors swept, tables cleaned, etc.
