Thoughtfully designed and “kitted-out” rooms. Very helpful staff who even assisted us in ordering some late night takeaway. Stunning views of Haikou, as well as excellent food we had from one of the hotel restaurants. Efficient check in and out, which is in contrast to other hotels we’ve experienced in China.
Nothing really. Only slight annoyance was the lift system. Having to go back up to the hotel lobby in order to get in a separate lift to leave the building was a bit annoying. This is however a very minor gripe.

Staff very friendly, room fantastic, very clean, good location. The front desk asked me when I will go to the airport and when I said my plane is at 4pm, they automatically gave me a free late check out. Thank you!

The service and cleaningness
The floor distribution, though it is logical with the two sets of lifts.

Great clean hotel. The cleaners did a wonderful job everyday. The facilities in the room were great especially the shower. Hotel is well run friendly helpful staff. Big thank you to Jerry who helped me and my family from NZ. Even hotel GM greeted us in evaluator.
Only negative is the fridge didn’t really work all food and drinks did not stay cold.
