Everything was amazing from booking to check out. The house is absolutely gorgeous, with everything that you could ever need. There are four levels so that everyone has their own space. The bottom level has a fantastic bunk room with a ping pong table, a second bedroom and a bathroom with a sauna (great after a day on the slopes)! The second level has a generous living area, laundry and two more bedrooms with baths attached, the main level has a HUGE kitchen and living area with magnificent views of Loon mountain and the top level has two more large bedrooms, also each with their own bath and a steam shower. It was like having a spa in your house! It was clean, there were games and puzzles and lots of good info in the welcome book. Mike was available via text if we had any questions and was so helpful. We will definitely book again and would highly recommend this property!

This beautiful home is ideal for multi generational families. The comfortable beds, large well equipped kitchen, gathering spaces for games and puzzles, and the incredible mountain view make this an outstanding place for a winter vacation.

Our family of 11 (encompassing 3 generations - ages 4 to 75) spent a wonderful, fun-filled 5 nights at this fantastic property in Lincoln, NH. This exceptional condo has everything and anything one could want. During our stay, we celebrated multiple birthdays and had plenty of room and amenities for everyone to enjoy cooking, game-playing, TV watching, arts & crafts, etc.
Our rental included a total access pass to the Village of Loon Swim and Tennis Club offering both outdoor and indoor pools and hot tubs, tennis courts and fitness center which our entire party enjoyed.
During our stay, we also enjoyed many of the nearby attractions and activities including: hiking in the Flume Gorge, the Loon Mountain Gondola, miniature golf and the Whale's Tale Water Park.
Our host was fantastic throughout the planning process and actual stay and we highly recommend this property!

My family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay at this lovely home. Booking, check-in and checkout were effortless. The home was as described…. clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. The dream kitchen was extremely well stocked which made it easy and fun to whip up a big breakfast or feast for my motley crew. The house is nestled in a private, quiet neighborhood with great views and yet it is minutes from shopping, fab restaurants and all the natural and fun attractions the area has to offer. A big thank you to our host, Mike, not only for being responsive and available at all times but for sharing your beautiful home with us! Many wonderful memories were made! 😊

The house was very accommodating for our extended family of 12. It has plenty of space, bedrooms, & bathrooms. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. The kitchen was large enough for my whole family to sit for dinner and play card games. It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal too. We enjoyed mountain biking, hiking, boating, and a nearby water park. I would definitely recommend!!

We had an amazing time at this cozy yet huge house! we had plenty of space to spread out, loved all of the amenities, and the view! The kids went to the pool every day! The hosts were so responsive and kind. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you again!

The house is very comfortable with plenty of space. Well appointed kitchen and baths. The heated garage for booting up before heading to Loon is the perfect setup. Only complaint is that the complimentary shuttle service to and from loon resort only runs Saturday and Sunday.

Everything about this beautiful home made it a perfect place for our large family. The large, well supplied kitchen, and the huge dining room / living room was perfect for gathering for meals and games. Everyone enjoyed the extra amenities throughout the house - sauna, steam shower, puzzles and games.
The view over Loon Mountain was fantastic, especially the fireworks night.
The host was very responsive and helpful.

We just spent three nights in the comfy house. There were eight of us (originally going to be 10 but one couple got Covid) we ranged in ages from 66-76 and this was our 15th year straight for our Great New England Get-Away! We took gondola to Loon summit for yoga and sightseeing then hiked the gorge just further north. Fantastic get-away for sure! Mike, our host was great!

We were on a family retreat, 12 people ranging from 7 - 79 years, and the house provided wonderful, separate spaces for all of us to be comfortable. Terrific kitchen made meal prep by multiple cooks really fun. The location is terrific both for sports complex in the community and attractions in the larger area. Home owner a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this house to all!

Our family recently stayed for a week and couldn't have picked a better place. The location is great- close to Loon and all the activities in the area, and also comes with access to the community pool and rec center. The house itself is spacious and well equipped with everything you might need. The 4 main bedrooms all have their own bathroom, and there is a great bunkroom on the bottom floor for the kids.
Mike was very responsive from before the booking process and throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great getaway in NH.

White Mountain Family Vacation
We stayed as a family (7 adults, 4 kids ages 2-9) at the Sadler’s place in Lincoln. Perfect spot for a white mountain getaway. Minutes from prime hiking trails. Short rides (less than 1 hour) to Storyland and mountain adventure park at Cranmore for the kids. Indoor/outdoor pool access in complex which everyone loved. The house was very well equipped with all that we needed. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Outstanding Vacation Home
This very large, modern, and beautiful home is located in the NH mountain district. It is wonderful for summer vacations with access to pools and tennis courts and many activities in the area. There was plenty of room when we stayed there with all of our children and grandchildren and the house is furnished with everything you could want. The owner is very accessible, responsive, and kind. Could not be better.

We really enjoyed our time at the house. Mike was very responsive and attentive. Location was excellent to explore the area, and the home was perfect for a large extended family vacation (2 grandparents, 2 brothers, wives, 5 kids). We would be happy to stay at the house again.
