It was an excellent breakfast, each morning fresh fruit and an assortment of breads , pastries and cooked eggs , how you wanted them , the restaurant was clean and staff very friendly, couldn’t fault it

Clean, modern not to far to walk into town.
They had a set temperature for the apartment and couldn’t change it. It was way too hot to sleep, contacted reception x 3 and they gave fans as we were on the road side of the building and too noisy to have the window open. Individual controls were in each room but they were locked on a high temp 🤷♀️

Me and my husband like the property because it is located in the centre of ortisei which is close to bus stops, cable cars and shops but far enough from the bustling tourists noise and has excellent privacy.
It is very clean and comfortable, beds are also comfortable to lay on after an entire day of exploring and hiking, and complete kitchenette.
Monika is a great host, very responsive, responsible and attentive. Breakfast is great as well! Nothing disappointed us.

Had a great stay. Smooth check in. Good communication from the property when trying to update the number of guests before arrival. Great location and clean apartment. Breakfast was wonderful with eggs made to order and a large variety of options to eat. Enjoyed the spa - they provided robes, towels and tea. Monika was readily available for any questions during our stay.
For the two bedroom apartment, the layout is a bit weird as the second bathroom is across from the first bathroom (not near the second room). You have to pay for additional coffee and dishwashing pods and no cooking basics such as oil were provided. The hot tub in the spa does not have a consistently running whirlpool, it only runs for a few seconds at a time
