The property is better than described. Perfect location, the view is beautiful, beds are comfortable. The condo is in walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.
My mother is in her late 70's and felt very safe here.

Unit is continently located across the road from a good breakfast restaurant and grocery store. Reserved parking spot is twenty feet from the front door. Unit has a fenced in patio with a gate that leads to the common area and the beach. Not beach front but it just steps away.

The apartment was clean and well stocked with linens, and paper products. Located on a quiet section of A1A. Shopping was conveniently located across the street. Would not hesitate to stay hear again.

We really enjoyed this room. The owner was great with communication. We liked that we were so close to the pool and had a reserved parking spot right outside. The only real downside to this room that isnt really even a downside is the second bedroom only has one big bed instead of two small. Again, not really a downside and a positive for some people but figured it was worth noting. All in all great room.

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and it won't be our last! Condo is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated with comfy furnishings and beachy decor, fully stocked with everything needed for a relaxing vacation! Only a few steps to the pool and ocean with amazing views of both from the patio! The Indies House properties are meticulously landscaped and maintained! Love the peace and quiet of the area and the convenience of the shops across the street! I highly recommend this property as it is perfect in every way!

Excellent communication with host. Property suffered minor water damage from the hurricane and the host made arrangements for us to use another unit. We will return.

After being assured all is well by the property manager I found the beach access closed at the condo. Won’t make this mistake again.

Turned out Hurricane Nicole bummed the vacation however this property was great to stay at as always. I have stayed here before and Will again

Property is a great beach get away. We were there during Hurricane Ian and the onsite contacts checked on us and the Property Manager even called us after the storm to make sure we were ok. This was our second stay here and will be back.

The overall location was great, for shopping and restaurants in the area. The condo was clean and comfortable with easy excess to the pool and ocean with a view. We like this place because it was on the first floor. Very friendly people, we enjoyed our month stay. We will return.

Lovely Stay
This Property is a hidden gem! Inside the condo is spacious with everything you need and the outdoors are absolutely beautiful. Right outside the screen doors is a pool which overlooks the ocean. We had never traveled to Ormond beach and could not get over how clean and quite the beach was. No seaweed, clean water, and not over populated. Highly recommend this stay!!

Amazing Property

Sea Side Bargain
Excellent location with many stores and restaurants at your disposal simply by crossing the street. Pool and ocean right outside back door. I will definitely return in the future

Perfect Vacation
This condo was the perfect vacation, nice and clean. The best part is location, just steps from the beach. The beach is perfect for walks any time during the day. The housekeeper and grounds keeper were great. Would recommend it to anyone and would love to go back.

Our stay was exceptional! Condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed for the perfect vacation! Great first floor poolside location with oceanfront views! Only steps to the relaxing sands on Ormond-By-The-Sea beach. Owner is very fast to respond to any questions you may have! Come let the sounds of crashing waves lull you to sleep each might in this oceanfront paradise! We will definitely stay here again! Loved it!!!

The property was very nice plenty of room pool is right at the back patio and feet from the beach. The only thing I suggest is bring you plenty of change for the coin laundry because there is no change machine and a lot of the stores did not have change to spare. Was really a great visit the property was fabulous

Nice BUT
Overall a good experience and location. Managers Tom & Barb are 5 Star and very accommodating AND accessible.

CONS: Condo is dated and a bit stale. If you cook, bring a cutting board and one or 2 good pans.
King bed in master is a hard one.
Slight Sewer gas smell in guest bath.
View from LR is the back of the pool house. To see the ocean you have to be on lanai or there’s a sliver of a view from MB sliding door.
Resort located next to public approach so crowds spill over to condo beachfront which forces renters to compete for space I.e set up early.
All in all good stay but could use some fine tuning.

From the start, the owner has been responsive, accommodating and so friendly! It made this stay for a cheer competition and then a family vacation so memorable and relaxing.
