We had a wonderful stay! The hostess, Molly, was great. She reached out ahead of time to let us know about the lake levels being a little low and she was very responsive to any questions we had. Her home is wonderful- very nicely decorated and extremely well stocked - it was like being at home! If we forgot anything, she already had it (ie charging cable everywhere and sleep spray by the beds!) She thought of everything! Location was great - quiet part of the lake. Loved the outdoors space which she had all lit up. The whole place was so cozy and inviting. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us (two families with 4 college/high school age boys). Lots of things for the boys to do at the house and outside (games, darts, arcade games, ping pong, etc.). Fire pit was perfect for making s’mores this time of year. It was a little cool so we didn’t use the beach but we did rent a boat and the dock was great for that. It was one of my favorite VRBO places we have stayed at over the years and there have been quite a few! Molly is wonderful and really went out of her way to make our stay as nice as possible! Thank you Molly and we will be back!!

We had an amazing time here! It’s a short drive from the city and the house had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the beach and dock and our pup had a blast swimming around in the cove. Molly was an excellent host and checked in daily. The cove was quiet and relaxing and we saw many deer. The home was very spacious, well decorated, and had more than I could have asked for as far as entertainment and space goes. We certainly hope to return soon!

This home has everything you may need available for use; pack”n” play, high chair, game room with great games, very spacious rooms, great outdoor places to relax & gather! Lake is nice … the best “Host” I’ve ever encountered so far. Molly is the best!

Wonderful stay at an incredible place. The pictures do not do it justice. The house was roomy, homey, comfortable and fun! Lots of places to relax and enjoy a quiet moment, and lots of places to have fun. Downstairs game area with bedrooms was perfect for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked and worked great for large family dinners. Easy to kayak and paddle board, as the cove was quiet, but had great access to the lake. We didn’t catch any fish from the dock, but had a lot of fun trying. Molly was perfect host with just the right communication. There were lots of little things that made this place great! Will definitely stay here again!

We rented this property for a 60th birthday and family get together. This property had everything you could want for a great lake getaway! The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, bathrooms had toiletries as well as a full game room with arcade games and a ping pong table. We had 2 kids as part of our group and they loved all the floats and water toys we could take advantage of while there. Having beach access to the lake was also great so we could use kayaks and paddle boards with ease. Plus you’re very close to stores to stock up on any last minute items you may have forgotten. We loved our stay and would definitely rent this property again!

This is by far the best vacation house we have ever stayed. The host was very communicative and so willing to work with us regarding certain needs. The house was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities you could ever want. Our kids had the most amazing time from playing in the lake, building sand castles, fishing, and enjoying the downstairs area with ping pong, etc. Us parents were able to enjoy the quiet and relax on the many decks the house includes. We will definitely make this a yearly trip! Don’t pass up this gorgeous home and make memories with family and friends!

Our three grandchildren loved the stay. They were entertained with fishing, swimming, kayaking and the game room. Would definitely recommend Catfish Cove for family vacations.

This house is fantastic! We had a group of 8 adults. Everyone slept great in the most comfortable beds. The house is equipped with everything you can think of. Molly the host was fantastic! She even got me fresh flowers from my son’s graduation and a thoughtful card with congratulations! If I come back to lake Lanier I’m definitely staying here again!

Beautiful property with plenty things to do onsite. Stocked with all the necessities of home. Fun games for teens and the entire family. Ms. Molly is an absolute premier host. If you're thinking about booking this property, don't over think it, just book it!

Perfect house for family and friends!
We loved our time here! The house was spacious, beds were comfortable, and we had so much fun on the beach and in the kayaks. We also enjoyed walking through the campgrounds and fishing. Just so much to do!! And, the homeowner was the best! We didn't want to leave and we can't wait to come back.
