We had an INCREDIBLE time at Olympus. Mariano and his helpers were so kind and informative. We felt so comfortable, spoiled, and we are already planning a trip back! The chef Fernando took amazing care of us and we would love to have him and Elsie again!

Olympus is beautiful; It's very large - there's more than enough room for a group of 8 or 10. The views are amazing! It's very quiet & convenient to town. Our host Mariano was very responsive & helpful. We enjoyed the Chef, Francisco, coming to the house for two dinners. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air while we dined. The pool area is lovely with plenty of space to lounge. Cozumel is wonderful with warm and friendly people - we hope to come back!

This property is absolutely amazing down to every little detail! The pictures do not lie, and the views are absolutely breathtaking! Loved the location that was a 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Two fabulous restaurants on the water a easy 10 minute walk away. We had the chef prepare a couple of meals, and it was fabulous! Mariano could not be a better house manager. Wonderful personality very very responsive and helpful with any requests. I asked for lounge chairs in addition to the couches they already had and within an hour they were already placed by the pole. He also was helpful with suggestions of things to do. We went to a lovely all inclusive on the beach which I recommend. The grocery store is a seven minute taxi ride or we actually walked there and it took about half hour but you’re always in a very busy populated area with wide walking paths. Snorkeling right off the property was easy and fun. Our lovely cleaning person was there every day doing an amazing job. The only thing I wish was different was a heated pool. Truly a special place that makes you feel like you were in the ultimate luxury accommodations!

Our family of 10 came to stay with cozumel for a week. We picked this house for its beauty, location and water. Some of our family are divers and the dive boat picked them up daily from our own dock! (Which Mariano helped us set up). His attentiveness and service was the best! He helped us get I a vehicle, horseback riding. And much more! Daily we had a man clean the outside pool area and a housekeeper!! Our family of 10 loved it so much!! Everyone has their own room, space, tv, everything. Nobody wanted to leave!! Mariano thank you for everything!! We will very much love to come back!!! Best vacation ever!! Love cozumel. We will return asap!

Mariano, the house manager, was very attentive and we were impressed with how clean the staff kept everything. We got groceries stocked prior to our arrival and had chef services(additional charge) daily with Chef Francisco and Elsie treating us to really delicious food. We ate al fresco on the back patio for most meals in order to take in the views. One of the best features of the house is the location. It's fairly close to town, so easy to go in for shopping/dining. We have stayed south of town previously and appreciated that there was less boat traffic to the north. They provide snorkel equipment and the snorkeling right off the pier is really great! We would highly recommend Olympus to families or other groups looking for an amazing Cozumel vacation.

The location and house couldn't have been more perfect. Snorkel right in front of the house or relax by the pool. rented scooters and were a quick easy fun trip into town for dinners or shopping! The staff is amazing and aim to please1

This is a nice, clean property close to the airport in Cozumel. Convenient to downtown. The adjacent properties are not as nice but you won’t see them from this property. The manager, Mariano, is excellent. He really came through for us when one of our party got sick.

We went with a group of friends for my bachelorette trip and the stay was perfect. Everyone at the house was so attentive. We had chefs come for breakfast and lunch which was delicious. I can't wait to come back!

Mariano, made us feel so welcome. We had 8 people and more than enough room for everyone. Mariano arranged for us to have a Chef and the food was amazing. Plan on returning next year.

The house is huge, beautifully furnished and in a great location An easy walk into town or a lovely sunset walk the other way. Mariano made everything happen, like building an easier access into the sea off their back garden. We had Fransico and Elsa cook every meal for us. It was good value and delicious then there was Jesus looking after the outside and Ida in house keeping it spotless. Perfect vacation!

Great place to stay! Close to the main strip of town but not too close. The snorkel off the back of the property was incredible. The house had everything we could possibly need, and Mariano was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful!

I am reluctant to give a great review as it will drive more interest in the property, and may impede my ability to rent it in the future. BUT, it was a fantastic house. Mariano who runs it is absolutely fantastic. The snorkeling directly in back was fantastic. All the small details were thought through and provided for. Things like lots of towels by the pool, bags of ice in the freezer and clearing of the snorkel gear with disinfectant. No complaints. Not one. From anyone.

The most amazing house with a most amazing house manager! Great location on the north side and very convenient to downtown. Snorkel right off the deck. Highly recommend having scooters delivered to explore the island!

This was seriously the best trip to Cozumel EVER with the best house and host! My bf and I are in love with the island and travel there twice a year. We have stayed many places, but prefer the north end because of the reef and proximity to town. I wanted to take a group of our friends for his 30th birthday and I was the absolute best. We owe most of that to Mariano and the house! He made EVERYTHING so easy! He even helped decorate the house for his birthday and got a cake! COVID tests were brought to the house and he bought snorkel gear for all of us! The maid came every day and we highly recommend the chef! I could write a review for hours, if you are contemplating staying here, think no more and say yes!

First off the pictures of this property do not do it justice. It is a beautiful place with the finest furnishings probably in Cozumel. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with the finest mattresses on the planet. The location is excellent in a quiet area but only a few minutes to town or the airport. The pool is beautiful, and snorkeling in the ocean is right there on the property. It would be a task to find something above this property on the island. The home has a daily housekeeper who you never see but she is there and all of the sudden it is clean. The home also has a caretaker outside and it always looks perfect. Probably the biggest asset to the home is the Property Manager Miruano. His concern and attention to detail are incredible. He is a phone call away and very willing to help with anything from a rent car, to a boat, to world class catering to a professional Photographer.. I know this, I did them all. Chef Francisco and his team are excellent and I think he can create anything you want in the area of food.. The food and service were excellent and Elsa managed the bar and waiters. Awesome. Miruano also recommended and help arrange 45 ft. Cabo, excellent, and the photographer was so great we will hire him again. If you are honored enough to have the opportunity to stay here book it immediately! I have stayed in Cozumel hundreds of times and never stayed at a property of this class. This home is not for children. It is not set up for them and if you have small children I would look elsewhere.
