Sofia guest house

Great location Bed was comfy for us Good air conditioning Good check in instructions and communication

Great location all the action straight out front door and Trevi just down street. Host helpful. Good supply of coffee capsule.

Visitors need to be aware that the kitchen and living area in photos is shared . The only ‘private area’ being bedroom shower and toilet . We did not interpret the description as such and got quite a shock when people renting other bedroom turned up late at night.

The location is wonderful if you would like to be close to everything. Easy to walk to all the sights. Realizing you can walk to everything if you stay anywhere in the area. Everything was clean and comfortable. What I was surprised by was you are not renting the whole flat. When we arrived we noticed there is another bedroom behind the mural by the bookcase. We thought that might be storage or something. At midnight we heard someone entering the flat. we peeked out and saw another couple enter that room! Awkward! For the price it is not worth it. I think the pictures and information are very misleading. This is a shared common area and kitchen with a private bath and room. If you know that going in, you can decide if that is what you want, it is not what I wanted. We started our trip in Rome and ended in Rome, staying at a different place. Truly everything is walking distance from anyplace in the area (from 5-10 min walk). The Trevi Fountain is crowded day and night, so no need to be that close.

The flat is a shared flat, so not much privacy, you can hear through the bedroom wall just normal talking. Not worth the price for shared place. I wish it was made clear that there is another bedroom behind the mural and possible other people staying there.
