Very kind staff, always ready to help. For example to order me a local taxi when Yandex Go was not working (due to drone attacks on Yandex datacenters in Russia) or tell me about the city.
I came to the hotel with a UV flashlight and it shower some strange stains on the linen. But fortunately after I told it, the linens were fastly changed and the staff even gave me a sauna entry for free as a compensation. I hope they will also buy a UV flashlight to check linens by themselves.

In terms of value for money, the hotel is absolutely EXCELLENT and unrivaled. It is superbly equipped and situated in a quiet yet easily accessible location; the room was clean and well-appointed, with daily housekeeping that included fresh towels and bed linen. The breakfasts were truly outstanding, featuring an extensive buffet selection, different hot dishes every day, and a range of house-made pastries. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

The room was all good. Breakfast was very nice, best I have had.
I primarily booked at this hotel because it had a swimming pool and a fitness centre. The pool was broken and the fitness centre wasn't really much at all. No lifts, so if you are on a high floor you are walking plenty of flights of stairs, OK for me, but for unfit people it could be a problem.
