Perfect place to relax

Tranquility Villa was one of the highest quality properties we have stayed in since renting thru Vrbo. We loved Luis' quick response when we had a few needs & his openness to let us know that the problem couldn't be immediately resolved without a part he would obtain early the next day. In the meantime an alternate heat source was supplied for us during an unexpected " Cold Snap " We so enjoyed the water in the channel outside, as it was available for kayaking ( kayaks supplied ) We were captivated by the many birds attracted to the water each day as we sat outside and enjoyed coffee or breakfast Pelicans, Herons, Egrets and Kingfisher all on the search for the plentiful fish we observed in the water each day.. We were able to take advantage of a huge hot tub once the weather warmed and that was GREAT!!! Home was well stocked with any an all things you could need, beds were comfy with exceptional bedding so fresh and clean. the screen porch was very nice * all high end furnishings * we didn't use the exercise equipment, but it was available should we have cared to ; along with bikes and a golf for fun travel thru out the neighborhood. We all agreed we would no hesitate to come back again. thank you Luis and family for sharing your tranquil villa with us. Tom, Carol , and Family

This is our second time staying at the property and we had yet another great experience. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The addition of the swim spa was wonderful after a day out on the water it was great to come back and relax in the spa. Luis is a wonderful host and I hope we can come back again!

This vacations have set very high the bar! We had a unforgettable vacation and this property was perfect for us. Everything was clean and well organized. Luis was easy to communicate with, answered every question and always helped. All the amenities in the house were excellent! The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi, my in law loved the massage chair, the place was safe for our pets, the sunsets were gorgeous from the deck, the boat was safe in the slip. The area was beautiful, the beach excellent. We found wild animals every day, manatees, turtles, dolphins, birds and fishes. Our family had one of the best vacations time ever.

Great place, so many amenities, massage chair, outdoor kitchen. Boat lift worked great, hot tub had a bit of mildew smell. Covered Parking for 2 vehicles or a vehicle and boat trailer. Very quiet neighborhood and golf cart sure was nice!

This property was even better than advertised. It felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend for anyone!

We checked out the local eating places and had great meals at each one! Weather was great. Even caught two fish. Through them back in for the next person to try!

We would definitely come here again! We have stayed in several VRBO’s and this was by far the cleanest, the most cutely decorated, and they thought of everything. We cooked most nights and had everything we needed. My husband said that if he had only brought his boat we could’ve stayed forever. We got to meet the owners in person and they were phenomenal. We met the neighbors and they, too, were phenomenal. We hope they let us come back again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was very nice. Owner was very helpful and easy to contact with any questions we had. Rental was spacious and beautiful. We used hot tub, golf cart and the boat lift. Saw many dolphins and manatees in the canal. We will definitely stay again ...

We loved staying in this home. It’s spacious and beautiful and the location is excellent. The only issue was that many things weren’t working at the time of our visit- the hot tub heater, the outside fridge and the golf cart. All things we would have loved to use. Once those are fixed, I would highly recommend this property!

The property is as described, spacious ,clean, with access to the canal where we were able to spend some time watching the manatees pass by and enjoying the sunset. Luis was very responsive to our inquiries and requests, it was a pleasure dealing with him. We were looking for time to relax and enjoy our short vacation. and everything went smooth. Looking forward to come again with family.

All you need is a suitcase with clothes. Local marina has great deals on boat rentals and so many good restraunts seconds away. If you are looking to just unwind look no further.

Our family and friends had such a great time staying at the property. It was very clean and spacious. We loved being able to bring our boat and explore the area around Pine Island. Luis was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay there again!

This property was spectacular. The name Tranquility Villa is spot on!!! We enjoyed our time there immensely. It is very clean, well stocked and so relaxing. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home.

Pros- screened lanai with an outside kitchen and tv. Nice, friendly neighbors. Near the Ragged Ass saloon. Cons - Listed as a 3 bed 3 bath but the 3rd bathroom was on the screened lanai. Needed more kitchen utensils to cook comfortably. No iron or ironing board. Wish there was a ladder for access to canal for water sports.
