We had an amazing time at Runaway Bay on AMI. Thank you for making us feel at home in your home. It did not feel like a "VRBO house" at all. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and then some and it was immaculate! The location to the beach and amenities were perfect! We loved your beautiful gem on AMI and will be back! :)

The condo was clean, decorated so “beachy “ , the bed was comfortable. The location to the beautiful white, fluffy , sandy beach was right across the street; the sunsets were spectacular. I loved our 2 week stay so much that I did research to see if it was affordable to buy a place there! It wasn’t, so I was happy with the cost of our stay in such a cute, comfortable condo. Our little dog enjoyed the stay as well. Lots of restaurants allowed her to join us. We will be back again. The hosts were readily available by text too.

The whole stay was wonderful! The cleanest Vacation Rental we have been at. This condo has everything you might need and more. Super comfy bed, you feel like home, the kitchen is very well equipped . It has everything you need for the beach including a lot of beach toys. Patty was awesome, very knowledgeable about the area and always available if I had a question ! I give 10 stars and we will be back next year !

The condo was lovely and clean . There was plenty of space for the 2 of us. Unfortunately my husband and I were ill during our stay so we couldn’t sight see or eat out.
The fact this condo was home from home and on a lovely property helped us as obviously travelling from the UK and staying on the resort was not our plan.
Patty was really lovely to deal with and we will go back.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved how close the unit was to the beach, the bay, all of the beach amenities that were provided, and the cleanliness. The hosts were great and communicated well. We appreciated that they checked in on us mid-week to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We spent time at the beach most days; however, we also enjoyed the swimming pool and fitness center on site. The unit definitely provides what is needed and we couldn’t have asked for more. We’d certainly stay here again! Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!

My husband and I stayed 1 week at 108 and loved every minute! The grounds of the complex are well manicured and landscaped beautifully! Excellent communication with Patty and Jeff! Just a short walk across the street to the pristine sands of Anna Maria Island! Well equipped condo other than we couldn’t find a pizza cutter! Condo is close to lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loved the walk in shower and made use of the treadmill every night in the small fitness center. I highly recommend this condo!

Beautifully furnished condo with everything you need. Spotlessly clean and nice linens. Very comfortable bed. Hosts are very easy to communicate with and allowed us an earlier check in and later check out. Runaway Bay is a perfect location we have stayed here many times. Beach access visible from condo just across the road. Would highly recommend.

This place is nicely decorated and in a quiet area. It is well stocked with everything you would need to cook, pots and pans and dishes etc. Also everything you would need for the beach or pool, chairs, umbrellas, large cooler, beach toys, and floats. Although the pool was not in service when we were there, the beach was only a short walk away. We had a great time. I'm sure we will be back again.

We were celebrating our 53 anniversary and needed to reconnect with each other. A week with no distractions was wonderful. Even though the weather was rather rainy, we read books and communicated. Amazing Location and Vibe
We loved staying at this condo! It is nicely updated and is very comfortable. We enjoyed that it was a very short walk to the beach and close to some local restaurants. Patty was amazing and checked-in with us throughout our stay.

Sandy Feet is the Place to Rest Your Feet while on the Island!
Sandy Feet is in the perfect location!!! You won't be disappointed with the close proximity to the beach, marinas, and restaurants. The condo has everything you will need...just bring your swimsuit. We loved having the washer and dryer, and the big fridge that makes great ice! The keyless entry made it very convenient when coming and going...not having to worry about a key. Sandy Feet makes you feel right at home and has a super comfy bed! Patty & Jeff have thought of everything...along with the great communication from Patty and a heads up on local events going on while staying during the holiday week. We had the prime spot out front just steps away to enjoy the July 4th parade. We look forward to booking again while staying on the island!

This place is amazing!
Not only was the decor super cute, the bed was so comfy! This condo has everything you need- washer/dryer, big fridge that makes ice, lots of dishes, etc. and even adorable silverware! We got a lot of use out of the cooler on wheels and beach chairs! Loved the proximity of the beach and the keyless entry! We felt right at home. Thank you so much for everything and we definitely look forward to returning!

Sandy feet was fantastic!
We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a clean,roomy and quite place to stay. It is a minute walk to the beach and Jeff and patti have pretty much everything you would need for the beach. We had a minor mechanical problem there when we arrived. I called Jeff and he was there to fix the problem within minutes. Then they went the extra mile and gave us a tour of the island in their car pointing out the points of interest. What a great place and a great couple!! Thank you guys!!

This condo was perfect for the 3 of us! The owner was very easy to communicate with and made every effort to make sure that our stay was great. We had such easy access to the pool and the beach! Literally just steps to either one:). The kitchen had all you may possibly need in order to cook a meal. The decor of the condo was awesome. We will be back!!

Perfect Location! Easy!
Literally a crosswalk away from the sand in the perfect location on the island. Very easy to get in and get out! The room has been updated and everything you need for the beach is included. We brought our own tent, but there were chairs and plenty of supplies. Our little family of 3 stayed here and we will absolutely be back! Patty and Jeff communicated excellent. 5 Stars all around!

The Perfect Paradise Getaway
I have nothing but good things to say about this rental. My mother, my self and my two children stayed the first half of the week and then my husband came up for the second half of the week. My kids (9 and 1) both had a great time at the pool and the close access to the beach made it most enjoyable! The unit has all of the comforts of home. The owners were so responsive and attentive when we messaged them. We will be back!
