Wenn du genug Zeit an der frischen Luft verbracht hast, gibt es auch drinnen dank WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos) und Kabel-/Satellitenfernsehen tolle Möglichkeiten zum Zeitvertreib.
In der Küche gibt es einen Ofen, eine Herdplatte und einen Kühlschrank sowie eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher und einen Eiswürfelbereiter. Zur Ausstattung des Badezimmers gehören ein Haartrockner, Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Und da es vor Ort eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner gibt, brauchst du nicht so viele Klamotten mitzunehmen und kannst so mit leichterem Gepäck reisen. The apartment has all the necessary equipment to live there on vacation and easy to use and to maintain. The place is very calm without disturbance by the locals as by the vacationers. It is an excellent place for having a rest. The people who live permanently there are benevolent and helpful for an enjoyable stay. The swimming pool is large enough for users not to be bothered. The beach is right next to the condominium which makes pleasant morning and evening walks along the sea. The parking area is large enough and parking the car next to the apartment is simple and safe. Last but not least, the nearby environment has a Publix supermarket, various restaurants and shops to make living easy. Definitely we had a very pleasant holiday at this place. Michel Holder.

Had the joy of staying at Kelly & Mark's condo for four weeks It is quaint, and comfortable with quick access to the beach and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. Kelly was prompt to respond to any issue we had (but there were few). We hope to return someday soon, and recommend you book a stay too if you are looking for a Space Coast holiday value.

Overall a very nice stay. My only suggestion for management would be to put a key card access to the pool. Two cars full of people pulled into the parking lot and entered the pool gate which is not locked. Brought a bunch of kids and used the pool and hottub for 2 hrs. Then all left. It was obvious they were not guests.

Kelly was very nice and responsive to questions. The complex had ample parking and felt very safe. The condo was clean and had a well stocked kitchen if you don't want to eat out every meal. We stayed in the bedroom with the queen bed and it was comfy. The washer and dryer in the condo was a great bonus. The condo had amazing beach access at one end of the parking lot. You can use beach chairs and gear in the condo for beach fun. A Publix for groceries is walking distance as it was across the street. The location was great and also close to other restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

We stayed for three weeks and it was great. When we first arrived we had a problem with the AC but the owners were very concerned. They kept in contact with us until it was fixed. The Diplomat was very quiet and the beach was amazing. Do yourself a favor and rent this!

This property gets an A++ rating from us. A short walk to the beach. Location close to downtown Cocoa Beach and many excellent restaurants. The hosts were so gracious and easy to contact. We will stay there again on our next visit to see the Florida branch of our family
