We planned a holiday family getaway! This home is gorgeous and has everything needed to make a wonderful getaway for a large group! The young kids LOVED the third floor kids space! It was their private area and they were so excited to have their floor. The back yard may seem small, but it is awesome. The owners thought of everything. The pool is so worth the extra to heat! The house was as promised! The kitchen was completely furnished with every gadget you could think of. A very pleasant surprise. The 3 different levels of bedrooms worked out perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was used daily/nightly. With 6 little kids, the shallow end was perfect. I suggest including the golf cart with the house. We got a lot of use out it all week. Working with Harry was very easy also. Any questions or request I had were answered and taken care of in a timely manner. Highly recommend this property. 😁

We had a total of 14 people on this family vacation and the house was great. Every room has its own bathroom which is a major plus and the bunk bed room was so cool! The kids absolutely loved that room. The only cons we can bring up is that there was an ant issue and we spotted about 2 water bugs on the second floor. The golf was an awesome addition but it only seated 6 so it was difficult trying to transport everyone to the beach. Also, we wished there was a closer beach entrance than the one we had, it was a challenge going back and forth to get everyone especially with having an infant. Bc of the difficulty we only visited the beach twice. We absolutely love the pool in the back and the grilling area. We got really good uses out of it. The kitchen has every appliances you can think of. A major plus! Overall, this place was great. We would definitely come back amd stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The luxury furnishings, decor and all the rooms were very comfortable. The pool was a number one highlight for our family and location to the beach was a short five minute walk. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a luxurious great escape. Property management was also very easy to work with and helpful.

This house is beautiful, modern and has everything you need. It had plenty of space to accommodate our big family. Our family was able to spread out and really enjoy time at the house. The golf cart and the pool made our stay more enjoyable!! I will definitely recommend this house. It’s perfect for large groups, beautiful decorated, and perfect location.

The property was immaculate when we arrived. Super clean, beautiful decor and great location. The kids loved having the pool! And the king suites were so great to have for each couple. Even the kids had their own separate space and bathroom! Also, having the golf cart was so convenient. I don't think we'll be able to go without having one now. Bob was great; super communicative, responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for the perfect vacation home for a friend getaway or a multi-family trip. It is a beautiful property and we had a wonderful time there. The pool really saved the day because on the first few days a tropical storm had come in and we couldn't get in the ocean. We didn't have a single complaint. It is very clean and the pictures don't do it justice. Hopefully we will be able to return there next year!

The house was exactly as shown on vrbo. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels. The property manager (Bob) was very accessible and answered any questions we had. We paid to have the pool heated and even with the cold weather we were in it everyday. The house exceeded all our expectations.

While the house is very appealing with the bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor living space, we encountered roaches on the second day while cooking. I was hopeful it was a one and done but they continued to come out while cooking, eating, and even showering. When I notified the owner, he stated the house had been sprayed not long ago. He also said there was a problem of water bugs in the area. He dropped roach bait traps off on Monday. We set these out. Didn't work and they were starting to appear day and night. I contacted Bob and he said it was a new house but he would ask the pest control company to come out. The situation was so bad we hated to cook or even eat in the house because the roaches would crawl on the island to where we had cooked food and trying to serve. We vacuumed daily, never left our dogs food bowls out, trash went out every evening, washed every dish/utensil before we used it and after because the roaches were even in the drawers! When I contacted Bob again disgusted he seemed annoyed and said he would send someone out. Next he requested for me to send him a photo of the roaches we were killing. I did and he never replied. The handyman came that afternoon with Ortho spray who said we had to leave the house for two hours so he could spray and he told Bob this. We had two dogs and had to make arrangements to leave with them the next day. We returned almost three hours after to puddles of spray around furniture legs, appliances, and baseboards. Roaches soon began appearing upstairs. We had to empty every suitcase and inspect to ensure we didn’t bring any home. It was horrible. Bob never apologized, or checked on the situation despite telling me he would address.

We were looking for a place to be home away from home for a few weeks so we could rest and enjoy the sun and beauty of the ocean. This house far exceeded our expectations! Everything about this house is high end. The furnishings and decor are magazine worthy, but also comfortable. All of the appliances were top of the line. I’ve never experienced such a well-equipped kitchen in all of our previous rentals. Throughout all 6 bedrooms, the bedding and linens were first class. We didn’t use the pool, but it is also lovely and the landscaping is stunning. All of this in a quiet, gated neighborhood just a short 5 minute walk from the beach!

The property is like a HGTV dream home experience. The pool is a comfortable size and was nicely heated for our stay. The deck around the pool has many lounge chairs and tables, couches and rugs that make it feel very comfortable to be pool side. The massive high def TV in the family room is easily viewable from every part of the kitchen and family room. The couches and chairs and ottoman around the TV area are massively comfortable. I loved the long kitchen table with bench style seating. Very easy to put a beautiful spread of food and easy to seat a large number of people comfortably around the table. Every bedroom had its own TV, its own spacious bathroom and the beds were amazingly comfortable. High ceilings throughout make the place bright, airy and spacious. We no longer have really young children, but the third floor set of nicely arranged four queen size bunk beds can easily fit eight kids and once again, they have a nice TV and their own bathroom to use. The golf cart is a fun way to head over to Bad Ass Coffee or up and down the beach access road. The property is situated in a quiet corner of the neighborhood, which also means you have to be respectfully quiet too :-) The kitchen had massive amounts of silverware, plates and cooking implements and a nice ample sized refrigerator making it extremely easy to make some tasty meals for the family or friends. The unit has flash water heaters so you can enjoy long hot showers without fear of cold water. There is even a shower outside the house to wash the salt from the beach off. And even with that, you can get hot water there too to make that comfortable. Nobody goes on vacation to do laundry but the washer and dryer were large in size and perfect for drying the day's beach and pool bathing suits for their next use. I can't say enough about this property. We will easily make it our destination for future trips to the pan handle. 5 stars!!!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. There were members of six different families staying for the weekend. We were in the area to attend my nephew's wedding in Sandestine. There was more that enough room for all of us and we didn't even use one bedroom. The home was beautifully decorated, furniture was beautiful and very comfortable. It was well stocked. There was a golf cart included but we didn't use it because we were so busy that we didn't have time. There was a private beech entrance that we also didn't use. If we ever have an opportunity to go back to the Destin, I hope we are able to stay here again.

If you are looking for an opportunity to get away from it all, away from the chaos of life this is the perfect place to go. This home away from home is an amazingly comfortable and perfectly located place to escape from it all. Safely nestled in a gated community this home has plenty of space for a group of friends, several couples or a few families to vacation together. Spacious enough to have privacy from your friends and family who came with you yet cozy enough to have fun. Owners did an phenomenal job with house layout and decor and the backyard, (complete with barbecue grill, pool and plenty of lounge seating) is so beautiful you may not want to leave it. When you do however, there are plenty of things to do close to the house within walk or golf cart ride, like beach fun( which is right across the street from the development), lots of area for walks or runs, shopping, restaurants on the beach, etc. If you have a car, there are many areas/communities within a short car ride (10-20min) that will offer additional restaurants, beaches and shopping as well as water parks, go cart parks, fishing, golf, or places to rent pontoon boats for a quick trip to crab island if you want. You can’t go wrong with this relaxing yet fun home and community. And remember, pack light. Everything is casual that makes it nice and easy to travel light. Highly recommended for a fun vacation and I’ll definitely be going back!

This was a beautiful home! Private baths in each bedroom, huge tv in each bedroom. Everything you need is provided! We loved the fact that it was a gated community which meant privacy and safety. Pool in the backyard made it so easy to keep the kids happy and in the water when it was too hot to go to the beach. Tv out by the pool was a welcomed surprise as well! Beach is walking distance but if you’re not a walker there was a golf cart provided. It truly felt like a Mini resort with all the amenities so close by (pizza, ice cream, coffee, shopping) Bob is quick to answer any questions and quick to drop by in the event you need something. Highly highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed! We will be returning as soon as possible! Thank you for a wonderful stay we look forward to returning!
