Very nice, clearly renovated hotel. Our room was huge and spacious. The front desk staff was super helpful and polite, which we really appreciated. The food was great with daily variety, and they served good quality international alcohol rather than just local brands.
My family and I love the beach. It wasn't far away, but the beach itself wasn't very interesting.

The pool and sunbed were really lovely. This could be a great hotel as the facilities were great, the staff brilliant. The location had some bars and restaurants and a bus stop directly outside. Breakfast was good and lunch in the snack shop was nice freshly cooked lunch.
Unfortunately the food and drinks let this all inclusive hotel down. The alcoholic drinks were awful and undrinkable which is a shame as if they sorted this ans made dinner a bit more choice this hotel would be amazing

Very clean, great food, lovely personnel, good location, lovely pool area
Solve the wasps in snack bar and restaurant, there were not a lot but still, nobody likes to eat food where wasps are flying around you

Room was adequate
The vast amount of stairs very very difficult especially in the pool area.
