Lovely decor and good sized rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. Perfect location for Monkey World where we spent 2 full days with our daughter and grandson. Lots of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops close by. Great supply of games in the dining room which kept our grandson amused in the evenings. All in all a fantastic short break and definitely would stay again.
A little dusty which set off our daughter and grandson’s allergies but still a fabulous place to stay.

Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed.
Great to have the 2nd toilet downstairs which wasn’t mentioned in the property details.
A slight smell of damp in the dining room but apart from that it was perfect.

Spacious house, older property with lots of character. Ideally suited for a family with children I would say (books, games etc. present). In small historic town with lots of restaurants etc, all easily within walking distance. Gateway to Isle of Purbeck, which is a great area for a holiday. Parking may be a little tricky, but there was a space for our car behind the church every time.
Cleanliness wasn't quite up to our standards; some surfaces a.o. in the kitchen were greasy and/or dusty.
