The condo was very clean and welcoming. Ample linens and supplies were provided. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Great location close to local shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Would highly recommend.

Our condo was perfect for our family of 6! Check in was smooth and the host was very helpful in every way. We had one or two small issues that needed attention and host got back to us within minutes. Maintenance was sent out in a timely manner and fixed the issues quickly. Our view was perfect and our walk to the beach was one of the easiest we've ever had--especially with two toddlers and all the stuff needed for them. Our 4-year-old grandson especially liked the bunk beds in one of the rooms. We visit IOP almost every year and will definitely choose this condo again! *Complex was small and not overcrowded like some complexes tend to be. Noise was never an issue--even with location near Coconut Joe's and public entrance.

The property was very nice. Easy access to resources. Great location on the beach.

The space was clean and check in/check out was easy. But we did have a closet door that was broken, which we reported and lightbulbs that were out. We were kept awake late many nights because younger children staying in the unit above us were constantly running from one end of the unit to the other. We filed a complaint but it never stopped. They were running all day and it started at 630 am every morning. Our last night, they were up at 4:30 in the morning, stomping around. I don’t know if you need to install some better flooring in the upper units to insulate the footsteps, but it is very disturbing. You can literally hear people walking around but it sounds as though they are stomping. We also had several kids who thought it would be funny to ding our doorbell and bang loudly on our front door and then runoff. It happened all week. Kids are kids, but parents need to do a better job of telling their children to be respectful of other people staying in condo units. Our kids were respectful to other guests. It probably wouldn’t hurt for you all to remind anyone who reserves a unit and they indicate that they will have children, proper etiquette so that they don’t disturb other guests. We basically came on vacation and didn’t get any sleep because of all the disturbances very disappointing for the money we spent One other suggestion is for your dog walking area, you should have lighting in that space. It is very dark on that side of the building at night.
