My husband and I decided on a spontaneous get away…and this home was perfect. The home is extremely well maintained. The view is stunning! The proximity to most destinations in the area facilitates an easy trip. And, the owners were extremely helpful with information that made our trip relaxing and enjoyable.

If you travel a lot, like we do, every now and then you stay at a location that deserves the 6th star. The quality of the apartment and amenities were all first class.
Through good fortune we met one of the owners (Nick) and had an instant connection. The other two units in the building were vacant (rare I'm sure) and Nick gave us a tour.
He and his wife Lynn have done an outstanding job furnishing all the units and the location looking out onto the lake? Well, that adds the 6th star.
If you are planning a trip anywhere in the Saratoga Springs area, look into the availability of this property. You'll be very happy you did.

The property is right on the perimeter of the middle of the lake. Gorgeous views. Everything you need is there. Parking is very close. Nice quiet area. Would stay there again.

The inside of the condo was very comfortable and had all amenities. Views of the water from bedroom and living areas were beautiful, and you can’t beat having your own dock right out the back door. We brought our motor boat and this was a perfect arrangement.

10 feet off of the Lake with a view that captures both sunrise and sunset. Breathtaking views, quiet, beautiful clean home and easy short drive to Sarotoga Broadway and dozens of restaurants, shops and tourist attractions.

This was our 1st stay at the owners smaller property. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband and I. The futon was perfect for my daughter to come vist amd stay. Great location! Comfortable, convenient and had everything we needed.

November on Saratoga Lake is as wonderful as the summer. I have lost count of how many times we have stayed here and each time exceeds our expectations. The area around the lake is charming and there are restaurants in walking distance wirh entertainment. Nick and Lynn take care of your every need.

Nick’s little bungalow was perfect for us three gals for a track weekend! We were able to enjoy the lake and it’s views and restaurants on Friday and the race track on Saturday. The restaurant at browns beach was great for lunch. If you are having dinner most lake places close early FYI. Home was clean and cool and had everything we needed. It is a lake community so follow the parking instructions after you drop your bags. Neighbors were very nice too! Would rent again for the best of both worlds. Nick was always in communication if we needed anything. Great time for a weekend away!

We booked the lake house for a short getaway and wanted to be in close proximity to Saratoga. This lakefront home was perfect for our needs, and we found it to be clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We loved the idea of having our own private lakefront patio, the view was incredible! Our only negative comment would be that we found the designated parking area inconvenient, especially at night when we came back from dinner, it was not lit very well for the short walk to the apartment. We definitely will remember this place for a future visit!

This condo really set a high bar for future places we stay. Spotless, warm contemporary decor, working wi-fi and large screen t.v., up to the minute kitchen and of course, the view!
I'm glad we could bring our little Maltese as I discovered Saratoga Springs was the most dog friendly city I've ever been to.
Not only dog friendly but people friendly as well. Thank you Nick and Lin for providing a perfect place for our much needed vacation.

This property's location was perfect, directly on the lake with peaceful lake views and sounds. The condo was newer, very clean, comfortable, and oversized! Owner supplied necessary essestials. Comfortable bed.

Exactly as advertised, the view was awesome. The amenities were excellent, the condo was spotless. Tuesday night we stopped in at The Nostalgia restaurant and wine bar and had a blast - met some very nice local folks and ended up joining them for karaoke!!! So much to do in the area - especially enjoyed the Saratoga race track and the Saratoga Performing Art Center.
Already looking forward to our next visit. By the way, when they say the condo is close to the lake they really mean it - any closer and it would be in the lake!!! Loved it. Ted & Ginny

Amazing Spot Right on the Lake
We had a great stay on this property! We had a slight plumbing issue on day 2, but the property staff were very responsive about getting a plumber on site ASAP to fix. Our only issue was with the rude family renting the floor above us, so hopefully next time we'll have more considerate neighbors!

Was able to launch right from the sandy beach 10feet from the back sliding door!! The space was tidy, clean and up to date. I loved the shower and the outside little tiki bar. Beautiful house, we stayed in the first floor and again I can’t get the views out of my brain.

Was able to launch right from the sandy beach 10feet from the back sliding door!! The space was tidy, clean and up to date. I loved the shower and the outside little tiki bar. Condo was wonderfully furnished, top end appliances. Rooms are very spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. Sliding doors lead you to large deck nicely decorated tiki style with plenty of seating. Long dock to walk out and look at lake, fish or take pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay again at this oasis on Lake Saratoga
You couldn't find a better get away. Extremely well kept up and appointed. Beautiful views, fun area restaurants and shops. Nick and his team go out of their way for their guests. This is my second stay in three months and it was truly wonderful.

This is a very clean and comfortable condo facing Saratoga Lake. The condo was fully equipped and very clean. Great patio to sit and have drinks by the lake! The property owners responded quickly to any questions we had and the check in process was easy. Only two things I will mention: there is NO air conditioning in the unit but plenty of fans. Also we were on the first floor and there was a family of six above us. They were extremely loud with kids running around and then waking us up at 6am both days with more running and people jumping. The whole unit shook with the noise. We asked them to keep the noise level down but we didn’t get relief until they checked out.

Excellent! Owners were incredibly nice and communicated well on the rental. The unit was very clean, with a wonderfully stocked kitchen and comfortable living spaces! The views from the South end of Saratoga Lake are amazing! (Do pay attention to the parking instructions.) We look forward to returning!

Great staycation!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, warm and inviting. When we walked in, there was a bottle of wine waiting and a nice gas fireplace. From the house, we watched snowmobiles flying across the lake and tons of people fishing. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Saratoga Lake!
