The pics don’t do it justice! What great stay! We wanted for nothing. Extremely well equipped. Super communication with the owner. 9 mins from grocery, 12-15 mins from Brownwood Paddock. (By cart) Attention to detail and designer decorated throughout. Pride of ownership and much appreciated attention to detail. Thank you Mike for a wonderful stay. Hope to have the opportunity to come back.

Mike and Denise have a beautiful home that they share. As they say, pictures never do it justice. Mike was very easy to communicate with. We had no problems. Great property in great location. Everything very new and fresh. Pool is pertect. Amenities were excellent. All local restaurants were delicious and very moderately priced. Host was great to work with. We liked it so much we bought a house in the Villages!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, comfortable and in a great location. Close to everything yet in a very Quiet neighborhood. Being able to park our car and golf cart in the garage was a bonus. Michael was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

Fantastic property. Great location. You can see the golf course from his lanai. Great owner. Meticulous in his maintenance of the property. We’ve rented from him twice and already booked the third year. I repeat ..WHAT’S NOT TO LOVE?

The villa is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We were glad to have fast wi-fi and a 75-inch TV with plenty of channels for rainy days and a lovely pool for sunny days.
The Villages is one of the quietest, safest and friendliest places to stay in Florida.

A fantastic house in a fantastic neighborhood! 5-Star in all respects. The house is exactly as described and is in great condition. The host quickly answered all our questions both before and during the rental. We had no issues at all during our three week stay.

The weather was too cool to visit the pool, but the patio is a peaceful spot to relax. The house is close to a casual country club for dining. Loved our stay and this house was a huge part of that!

Cant say enough about this place. Great location, spotless, with great amenities… View of a golf course right behind the house. Pool! The works! And a very hands on owner who will answer any questions… We shall return next year!

This is one of the nicest places that we have tented. The house is in pristine condition and beautifully furnished. Perfect location and convenient to golf, restaurants, and shopping. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will be back.
