La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, queda cerca de todo en el centro de la ciudad . El edificio es muy lindo y cómodo . En cuanto a la señora Cristina es muy amable y se interesa realmente en hacer bien su trabajo y que uno esté cómodo y tenga todo lo que necesita. El departamento es muy lindo tiene todo lo necesario para no tener que preocuparse por nada . Lo colchones muy buenos también. El baño perfecto en cuanto a tamaño, estéticamente y al agua (buena presión y buena temperatura). Una gran vista desde el ventanal y las ventanas generan una buena corriente de aire dentro si las abrís . La mesa y los banquitos muy lindos y cómodos . El televisor funciona bien y rápido .

Un día se averió uno de los 3 ascensores y en el horario pico había un poco más de espera de lo Habitual , igualmente nada relevante 2 o 3 minutos extra . Y otro día por la lluvia hubo un problema con el internet pero la señora Cristina nos dio solucion en el momento .

Cumple con todo lo publicado, destacando limpieza y confort. Su ubicación excelente para recorrer a pie la maravillosa Avenida Corrientes y microcentro. La hospitalidad y atención de su anfitriona es Fabulosa!!! Súper atenta a todo, lo recomiendo !!! Volveremos !!! ✨💖

Easy to find and a great host who explains everything, responds right away. The studio apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. High quality mattress, bedding, towels. Great shower. The setting is the Theatre District in the Cento of downtown surrounded by fabulous food and shopping. Short walk to the canal and promenades, big highlight for us.

This is NOT A HOTEL so there are no hotel amenities. No ramps for luggage from street to sidewalk or through the front entry way, no luggage carts or porters. Took awhile to talk with the front desk security, very busy lobby. Older building with older slow elevators, you might wait ten minutes or more to get from lobby to your floor or back to the lobby. There is no rooftop or patio or balconies. Some floors of the building are riddled with mold (floor four for example). The hallway of floor 12 smells like urine and air freshener / carpet deodorizer (it's not working, makes it worse). Photos of the apartment seemed to show two bedroom set ups (King vs. two twins) but I misunderstood that, it's just a single room studio.
