Lovely host, great communication. Good location, beautiful apartment
A little noisy during peak traffic time, but understandable in the centre of Sea point. The great location makes up for this.

The location was excellent for all we needed especially with checkers across the road and coffee shops. Definitely can book with them again
That in the room there is no coach to sit and relax. The property provides 1 arm chair and a study chair which not comfortable when we wanted to have our meals together. If a person staying couple of days im thinking that towels should be changed . Kitchen utensils, can property add more like cutting knife as they only provide serving knives.

The location is perfect, next to the sea-promenade, shops and lots of restaurants just outside the house. also Taxis/Uber and City Bus just around the corner. The very best is that the owners of the Apartment live very close and are very helpful (and fast) and very very friendly.
There was nothing to complain and the price and the value for it was really good.

Everything- the apartment is near amenities like shops, coffee shops and the beach. You can literally walk to get anything and i love the fact it’s safe.

It is quite small. But this was expected.

The view from the balcony was wonderful, looking straight up at the "lions head". The only problem was the private balcony was part of the roof top terrace, so if anyone wanted to use the terrace, we had people sitting at our only entrance. The unit was tiny with a double bed stuck in a corner against the wall. There was no ventilation in the room so you could open the door and let the breeze in but there was nowhere for the hot air to escape. We were led to believe that the unit was on the ground floor and as we didn't want to climb stairs we compromised on space.
The address they give you for the unit is impossible to find, as the entrance is from a side street. We made arrangements to leave our luggage as we got off a cruise ship early in the morning. By check in time the electricity was off so we had to wait until 4.30p.m. to access the unit when the power came back on and the lift began working again. The unit was on the 5th Floor, no table and chairs to eat at, only one armchair. If it was fine you could sit on the deck at a very rugged wooden table and bench seat. From the name we thought we were staying in a block of holiday apartments, but it was holiday mini apartment in an old rundown block of permanent renters.

Breakfast was not applicable, as I provided my own. The location was very convenient, very close to shops, amenities and the seafront. The view of Lion's head, a landmark, was lovely.
The apartment. Checking in was stressful, as I had to contact the host more than once en route to the apartment, to find out how to get into the apartment. There were other things that were inconvenient, such as no provision of a dishcloth, and once provided, full of holes, and a filthy kitchen sponge, unacceptable in my opinion. There was also no spare blanket for the bed, and nights were chilly in the apartment. No information prior to arrival, or already provided in the apartment, about how to access tv channels, or how to use the safe. Photos of the shower give the impression of it being spacious, and in fact it is small.

Taxi drivers scream very loud prior and post working hours to get customers - just opposite, outside The Point center

Its in a busy area, so expect some noise from cars and people.

Beautifully furnished and Very central location, close to shops and mall, Super comfy bed and pillows
It is very noisy as it is on the Main Road opposite a shopping centre. The taxis hoot incessantly and a guy shouts out "Cape Town Cape Town" on the top of his voice to call passengers to the taxi. This is very irritating and detracts from the ambiance of the flat.

The single apartment was as neat as a pin and really close to the shops and sea.

Excellent location within walking distance to restaurants and other shops. The apartment comes with a microwave, toaster and fridge which is well accommodating for self-catering. The location is secure with passcode access.
The most amazing part is the view from the apartment. Have a coffee with unsurpassed views of lions head was a memory beyond comparison.
Sea point gets quite hot in the summer months. If you're a summer lover this shouldn't be an issue.

The location is perfect and if you're looking for a view of Lion's head this is it. It has a little private roof top, perfect for an afternoon sunset. The room is small but great for a couple and has all the things you're looking for. Excellent shower as well.
