This cabin is everything it says and more! The location, the views, the kitchen, the shower, everything really was perfect for a short get away or week long vacation. Even the response time to any questions were promptly answered and taken care in no time! Great stay!

This cabin was beautiful, clean, and the owner was awesome. She answered any and all questions, and was a text away if we had any issues! The location is perfect, it is pretty much in the middle of everything we did in pigeon forge and in Gatlinburg.

The stay was awesome, the Christmas tree was beautiful. Everything was as describe. The bed was very comfortable and i love the extra pillows and comforters. We really enjoyed the outside tv, fireplace, and hot tube. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This was our first time renting through VRBO . We will be back.

Perfect Cabin for a couples retreat. Everything was very clean. Plenty of space. Loved the back deck - relaxed in the hot tub and then hung out on couch by the fire to watch some of our favorite TV shows! Beautiful stone shower and two sinks in the bathroom. Would definitely stay again!!!!

Me and my wife enjoyed the time we were able to spend of our honeymoon here. It is the perfect cabin for a couple located conveniently between downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The shower was very relaxing and the back porch was the perfect getaway.

A very nice cabin, may consider staying again. Coffee pot did not work, so that was extremely upsetting, morning coffee is a must!! Also was looking forward to soaking in the tub, there was a ring around the tub, so tried to clean it, then the moment I turned the jets on dirt flew out from everywhere, so disgusting. We also felt like we got cheated with our time you can’t check in till 4:00 and have to be out by 10:00. It was easy to checkin and the cabin was beautiful, loved the back porch!!

We had a fantastic stay! The location to Gatlinburg is perfect to get away from the crowds and the views from the patio were amazing. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and the hot tub felt great after a long hike. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was everything we needed for our 4 night stay in TN. All of the amenities were as advertised, we had a great time. Less than 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 5 min to downtown Gatlinburg.
As a customer I would also mention that some items at the cabin require a bit more close attention -- replace burnt out lightbulbs, replace batteries in the smoke/CO2 detectors, get the alarm system back to a non-error-state, remove old doorknob hardware and tighten some screws. None of these aspects directly impacted how we enjoyed our stay, but they were noticeable upon our arrival.

Me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay at Black Bear Ridge. It was the perfect cabin for us , the location was central to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. I think our favorite feature of this cabin is the back porch. It was great place to enjoy our coffee in the morning and watch tv or get in the hot tub. Another feature we really enjoyed was that awesome walk in shower, totally worth the stay! Overall we definitely enjoyed your cabin and we will definitely be coming back for another stay in the future!

The cabin was gorgeous with a beautiful view.
There were a couple hiccups but communication with owner assured us things would be taken care of.
The view from the deck was so nice and relaxing. The shower was AMAZING!!! The kitchen could had a couple item for cooking, utensils, pans of different sizes.
The bed was humongous. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Was happy to have a washer dryer combo.
Close proximity to entertainment, food, shopping.
Hope you (whoever you may be) have a wonderful time staying at this cabin!

A great cabin with wonderful amenities in a perfect location to enjoy the Smoky Mountains and the Gatlinburg area. However the devil is always in the details and what should have been an excellent review, ends up being just average. Start with no hangers for clothing. The property manager said they must’ve been taken and that they use special hangers that had to be ordered(?). Then, burned out light bulbs in the beautiful stone walk-in shower, the two main lights in the kitchen, and the exhaust hood over the stove. Finally, the cabin description featured prominently their two fireplaces. One on the deck by the hot tub. After asking for help in lighting them, was told that they shut the gas off in the summer. I feel as though that should have been noted in the property description initially.

This cabin was absolutely gorgeous. I fell in love with the bathroom and kitchen. The views from the porch were breathtaking, as a matter of fact, I wound up sleeping on the porch the first couple of nights because it was so peaceful. The cabin was extremely clean. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic property with an incredibly easy and convenient rental/check-in/check-out process. It's very easy to get to and in a great location. We were very surprised to be able to find a 1-bedroom cabin for our anniversary celebration. The space is large and inviting. We don't have a single complaint about the entire cabin. The master shower was incredible and probably our favorite part along with the back porch. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quite getaway with your significant other.

This is a fantastic location and has paved roads all the way up to the house. This is so much better than many rentals in this area! It's also very close to the park and downtown Gatlinburg, making things extremely accessible. The house itself is small and cute and plenty comfortable for lounging around. The shower is great, the porch is fantastic and it has a comfy couch in the living space. The only coffee maker is a cartridge unit and we got just a single cup insert. Fortunately, you can load the cup in the unit with your own coffee, one cup at a time, but it was definitely not as ideal as an actual coffee maker. My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this home, but the reason we felt we had to give it only 4 stars was due to the bed mattress. It was unfortunately very uncomfortable, to the point that it was hard to sleep on and I woke up every morning with a soar neck. Beyond just being an uncomfortable mattress it slopes off to the side. This mattress likely needs to be replaced and once done this will be a really spectacular place to stay!

This cabin was so nice. Very clean and well maintained. The drive up and the driveway do take some getting use to but definitely worth the stay. There are other cabins around but still felt like we had privacy. This cabin is in a great location. Quick drive to Cades Cove.. The Strip in Gatlinburg.. pretty much everything. We did see Four bear while at the cabin which was cool. The back deck is Heaven. Will definitely stay again when we return…

But our favorite part was the outdoor tv on the deck. We saw multiple bears on multiple days. One morning a mother and 4 cubs stayed for 2 hours , hanging out on a tree below the deck. The property was in a perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with easy access to either via car or with the use of the free trolley at the Welcome Center a mile or less from the house. We definitely will be looking to return. The owner answered all questions in a timely manner and gave clear check in and check out instructions.

My wife and I stayed here in April of 2023. The cabin is beautiful. The shower, hot tub, and bed were amazing. Very comfortable. The drive up the hill was not hard in our van and the driveway is very easy and flat. Some cabins have gravel hills for a driveway but not this cabin. It was very easy to access. The rear covered porch provided a nice breeze and the furniture on the porch was very comfortable. The fireplace was a nice touch. The tvs all have roku and we were able to watch Netflix, hulu, appletv, and prime video. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The road leading up to the cabin is halfway between the 2 cities and goes up behind the visitor's center and trolley parking. Great location and price!
