Enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Very close to beach. Traffic on the island can be an issue at times. Pool and patio area is nice. All rooms in house were very spacious. Would stay again.

We were very happy with the size and location of the house. It was very clean and Kristi was very accessible and easy to communicate with. It had everything we needed! The only complaint we had was the lack of seating in the living room. For a house that sleeps as many people as it does, we had wished it had a big sectional or more seating in the living room. It has a small couch and two chairs so to congregate and watch tv, we had several people on the floor and even brought patio furniture inside. I still give this house 5 stars, it didn't take away from our stay....it is just a suggestion and would have been nice. But overall a GREAT property and we had a wonderful time!!

The location was perfect. The house was super clean and a great experience for our family. We could walk to Publix, to beach restaurants, and even the public beach. There was lots of beach equipment leftover which we were able to use for easy transportation to and from with our gear. There is also a trolley stop very close to the house if you want to explore other areas of the island. They were VERY responsive and helpful when we had questions. Loved our stay.

House very clean. Very spacious. Pool was great to have. Close to grocery store. Due to the virus, we prepared a lot of our meals at the house instead of eating out, so more cooking preparation pans were needed. More space for dry food storage. Also, was unable to use grilll due to a broken burner pipe inside the grill. Beach was not overly crowded. People in the house behind ours were very noisy continuing into the early morning hours (2:00 - 3:00 am.)

This place was perfect for our family. We had 4 adults (2 couples) and 3 kids. The place was plenty big enough and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The multiple balconies also allowed everyone to have their own space if they wanted. The kids loved the pool which felt more private bc of the surrounding trees and the beach is a VERY short walk (5 minutes with a 6 yr old). It made heading over to watch the sunsets a breeze. Nicole was extremely responsive to everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend this place.

It felt like our home! We enjoyed the open space, decks and pool!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and plenty of room! The pool area has recently been redone and in beautiful. Can’t wait to come back!

If this home fits your needs, and is available, get it! You will not be disappointed. We were a group of 8, (two young children) and the space worked out great. Everyone had enough space to spread out and have privacy at times they wanted. The huge dining table was great for group meals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The Publix Supermarket was a 5 minute walk, along with a CVS. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk as well. That was so nice!!! You can rent chairs and umbrellas for a great day at the beach. There is a great beach cafe there where you can order food, and there is an ice cream place. The best deal was at the outside bar there. When you get a drink, they give it to you in a large plastic cup, (you will see these in the kitchen cupboard at the house). If you return with the cup, you get money off on subsequent drinks! It kept us coming back on a daily basis! The pool was nice, our grandkids loved it so much! Communication was good with Kristen and there were not surprises. The location was just perfect!

All the info. on the web was accurate. I had some trouble getting messages through to the owner. I think it was a tech glitch. The island is friendly. Traffic is a challenge. Places are a bit crowded. We liked fishing, kayaking, the beach and riding bikes.

We were 3 couples and we each had plenty of space. Very nice property. Manager was quick to respond to any question before our arrival. We would highly recommend!

Rented this property for a family vacation. Was very clean and had everything we needed. Was pretty close to the beach and had a nice pool. Was close to shopping and could ride the trolley if we wanted. Even had an elevator that we only used for luggage. Would highly recommend. Also, Anna Maria is such a neat vacation spot. Several good restaurants. We love seafood.

The only problem was the internet, sporadic and kept goping on and off. At close to midnight everynight it stopped working. Otherwise a nice house to rent!

We had a great time at this rental. The pool was great and warm. Two blocks away from the beach. You do have to cross a very busy road but the beach was family friendly. The rooms were large and we all got our own space.

Loved our stay & already looking forward to returning! The private pool was perfect for our family of 5. Home was cozy and had all amenities to make for a fabulous stay. We rented a golf cart to explore more of the island however, the beach was an easy walk for even our little guy. Lots to do and the clear Gulf water was absolutely breathtaking. Thank you to the owner for making the arrival & departure process so simple. Highly recommend!

Loved my stay here. Was very comfortable. The home has everything you need. Stayed here as part of a family vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone with 4bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Everyone had their privacy and no one was on top of each other. The common areas had plenty of space for the whole family. The pool was a fair size and we spend a good amount of time in it. The beach was literally a block away and was beautiful. We grilled in the yard nearly everyday. However, need to do it early because the mosquitoes come out at sunset and eat you up. The owner was readily available at the beginning and end of our stay. No one bothered us at all. Loved my family getaway.

We had a great time at this property. This was the weekend we thought we were getting a hurricane so we had an issue of taking one extra dog that was not accounted for and I think the owner was upset about it. There was a broken refridgerator shelve that we were accused of breaking and we did not, so just look everything over when you get there and let the owner know if anything is broken so they don't go after you. Other than that we had a great time. The pool area needs some work but it was useable. The house itself was big and roomy and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We had a great time and would go back.

The home was perfect for our family getaway. The home was clean and spacious and the elevator was perfect for our disabled guest. The beach was beautiful and the walk to it was short. It was a great time!

The house was in a great location and perfect layout for our family! We had a lot of fun on AMI and the kids loved having a pool in the backyard!

We were two families sharing this house, and we all agreed that this house made our vacation nearly perfect! The house was very spacious and comfortable for the 5 adults and 4 children in our two families. The house didn't even get cramped when we hosted two other related families who were staying elsewhere on the island or family members who visited from other parts of Florida. When we arrived, the house had been clean, prepared well for our stay, and very welcoming. There were only a couple of minor complaints that we had throughout our stay. First, there were only the bare minimum of towels for showering or swimming in the pool or at the beach. But we were able to manage with the on-site washer and dryer. Second, there were numerous beer bottle caps lying around the pool that we easily cleaned up. Finally, the property just seems to suffer from a few minor maintenance needs: damaged vertical blinds on the sliding glass doors, tiles falling off the pool edge, and uneven/sunken paver bricks around the pool area. These issues didn't take away from our enjoyment of the property, though. But, the property could benefit from some maintenance work, especially when it looks as though the rental price has or will go up for next year. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay.
