Lovely place perfect location in pacific Grove. Close to beach, walking to town and along coast. Short ride to monterey and carmel. Nice quiet neighborhood. Place is well kept and conveniently located.

This is a beautiful location. The property itself is very sterile. For the cost of this rental, the apartment deserves some warmth, color, and finishing touches. It looks like someone went to a sale at IKEA and then stopped in at Best Buy and got a deal on an oversized TV. This location is too nice to be decorated like a motel.

We loved this spot with an ocean view. Easy walk to many things we wanted to see and do. Super clean. Bed was very comfortable. Free street parking was a big plus. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

We love Pacific Grove and make it a point to return for an annual reset. This time our trip fell 2months after an unexpected injury/surgery so relaxation and recovery were our main goal. This place was so cozy, clean and comfortable. Perfect space for a casual couples weekend getaway. The check in process was smooth. We were even able to collect a forgotten item thanks to the great communication from our hosts. Would definitely return to this space, grateful we stayed!

We stayed at the Pebble Beach Lodge two days before staying at in Pacific Grove. Tough competition but the ocean view (block away) and proximity to downtown and lovers point along with everything a couple needs including well stocked kitchen equipment made it a wonderful experience. Bring your own spices. The entire area is amazing and the people so friendly. Also any golfers should play Pacific Grove Golf club. Don’t underestimate it.

Older, small unit but well appointed and in a terrific location. While you really can’t see the ocean from the living room, you can walk to it just a few houses away. Pacific Grove is also walking close and the Monterey Aquarium and Cannery Row are very close also. Unit is fine for a couple or single. Great, comfy King bed. Laundry is downstairs in the garage and requires an app and credit card. Only issue was hot water in the bathroom; sink was an ongoing problem and sometimes the shower too. Communication with management folks was excellent and check-in was super easy. All in all, I’d certainly come here again.

Everything was great! The only drawback was that showers needed to be quick as the hot water runs out! But this was no big deal.

My husband & I spent 3 nights here for our 25th anniversary. The location is wonderful since it's right off the beach and close to shops & restaurants. The unit is small, but not cramped for 2 people and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our trip, the views and the town. Very safe and quiet area. It did get a little hot in the day and several windows don’t open so I would suggest ceiling fans and another fan for the living room. Also would be nice if there was a comfy chair in the living room. Bathroom was spacious and all was very clean.

Booking and arrival was hassle free. Unit was just as depicted, very well thought out. Pillows jand bed linens first class.

The place is perfectly located next to the Pacific Ocean. It was clean and cozy. We loved it.

This is the perfect spot to stay for a quiet getaway exploring the PG/Monterey area. It was close enough to walk to many areas and you see the bay off of your front step. Lovers Point is literally steps away. The property itself was comfortable and well equipped.

Awesome place to stay! Very quiet and centrally located. Can walk to many good restaurants and coffee/smoothie joints. About 4 houses away from the ocean. Very convenient drive to Monterey and Carmel. Will definitely stay again!

Great VRBO. Nice one bedroom with well-equipped kitchen. Best feature is the close proximity to Lover's Point, restaurants in Pacific Grove - all within walking distance. Also, it is right near the bike path that goes into Monterey. Don't expect a place to sit with a view of the ocean.

This Pacific Grove property was a perfect launching point for my husband and me. The Coastal Recreation Trail is just 3 houses away, and we used it extensively to get to the Aquarium, and to enjoy the beautiful coastline toward and away from Monterey. Plenty of good restaurants also just a walk away. The apartment is just the right size for a couple, and is attractive and comfortable.

This Fountain Avenue rental was perfect for two people. The location could not have been better, a half a block to the Ocean; and another half a block to PG businesses. We were there for the ATT ProAm golf tournament and it was a short 5 minute walk to catch the shuttle bus to Pebble Beach each morning. We walked to several restaurants during our stay. Also we walked on the lovely trail along the ocean. I have only one gripe. There were only 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and 1 hand towel; and we were there 5 nights. We did find extra towels and hand towels in the closet, but no wash cloths. I didn’t feel like doing a load of wash everyday just to get a clean wash cloth. The inside of the unit was clean. The outside, on the other hand, could have used some tidying up. Mainly the windows, which were filthy and detracted from the ocean view. I would stay here again, and bring my own washcloths!!
