The pictures don't do this house justice. Very nice updated home. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen equipped. Fronts waterway and backs onto a canal. Great views of both. Lots of porch space to relax. Dead end private street. Great place.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location, great for the perfect family vacation. However if you plan on using the dock please be advised it is not safe! There are loose boards and a broken post that you may be blamed for after check out. Also be aware that you are expected to fully clean this rental after being charged a $200 cleaning fee, crumbs on the counter are not acceptable! You will also be called nasty after checkout if you do not clean to the host expectations.

Lovely House. Spacious and Clean. We were more Homebodies than Beach Bunnies so, we loved the fact that it had several bedrooms and bathrooms. We could gather in the Living Room to watch a Movie together or retire to our rooms for some down time at the end of the day. We did much cooking, so the Kitchen was perfect for our stay. We attempted to visit the Beach twice. The 1st time, it rain. The 2nd time, my Family felt that too much information was needed to access the Beach. They were asked to provide an email address and a code. We did not learn the code and felt that paying the entry fee and getting the car tag should have been sufficient for Visitors. So, we did not go to the Beach on this visit but, it wasn't a deal breaker. Ashley told us to visit Southport. We loved it! Ashley is a Great Host! There was a minor TV issue that was out of her control. I only mentioned it to say that she handled it beautifully. She kept in touch with us and responded in less than an hour. Thank You Ashley! You helped to make our Stay Lovely. Cathy I

The property, location and town were beautiful. The house is perfectly located in the intercoastal waterway, there's water in the front and back of the house and just a short walk to the beach. Holden beach is a cute, quiet little town perfect for families.

Plenty of room and amazing views from the front and the back porches . The upstairs air conditioner went out and the repair guys was there ASAP and fixed it immediately. We can’t get that fast a response at our own home. Thank you for a wonderful week and we will be back. Loved it !!!

The property was absolutely beautiful! Very well taken care of. Amazing views of the waterway. It was so nice to sit out on one of the many balconies and just relax! Close to the beach and many several tasty restaurants nearby, although who would to go out when there is an amazing kitchen to cook in. 😁 Definitely will be back!

Returned to this house for a second year in a row. It did not disappoint! Very clean, well-appointed, decorated beautifully and made for relaxing. Thanks for an awesome location for our vacation!

If you're looking for a quiet stay and a beautiful house just book this. The house is large and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The private dock and waterway views are fantastic. The house was clean and provided plenty of toys/games/beach toys to entertain. Walkable to beach but a bit far, we were really happy to have picked this as our stay and used the savings compared to a beachfront house to rent a golf cart to haul the kids to the beach.

House was spacious with all the amentities you need for a weekend or week long stay. Beautiful, cozy home with great views. Owners were very responsive and wonderful to work with. We enjoyed our stay so much we've already reserved for our Summer vacation next year. House does not disappoint.

This was an amazing stay!! So much room for 6 adults. We all had our own sleeping spaces with our own bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to meet for my daughters wedding.

This house is such a gem. The front of the house has porches for you to sit and enjoy the intercoastal waterway while the back porch views the canal. House was so clean and tidy! The beds sleep wonderfully (which is a big deal for those with back pain) and the rooms are spacious. Thank you for the sweet southern hospitality.

Overall the property is excellent the interior of the house is immaculate better than I expected. The only complaint that I had was that the main entry handrails going up the steps are very loose and need to be secured better and that the boat loading dock needs to be repaired and have bumper cushions for a boat to be able to park beside it or else the lift needs to be repaired so that a boat could be put on it. The whole purpose of this trip was for us to be able to fish out of our boat. We were able to make it work but it would’ve been more convenient if the dock would’ve been bigger and also had bumper rails.. other than that I was very pleased with this place.
