The location is superb. We were fortunate to have a gorgeous room facing the bay. Upon opening the doors onto the terrace we were greeted by Californian Seals and spotted lots of sea otters swimming around one nursing her baby on her belly. The bar/restaurant downstairs was the perfect perch to have a cool beer and witness the most incredible sunset. Dinner was also delicious and the staff charming.

Room was amazing with high end finishes. Our room came with a terrace and fire pit the perfect place to relax.
Couldn’t fault our room and stay.

In the heart of the harbor. The room was nicely decorated, very comfortable and relatively quiet at night. They also provided robes.
Our room was near the elevator which meant a lot of passing traffic in the hallway. Seems like there could be a little bit more security and there was the smell from the seafood restaurant in the hallway, so maybe a little more separation. There was a tiny hot tub and sauna on there deck. I wouldn’t want to use them with so many guests, I don’t remember seeing any signs instructing people to shower before entering.

We had a broken light bulb in the sitting area of the room. I had to do finish up work for my employer, since there was a broken bulb, well there was hardly any light and my wife was asleep. The base of the bulb was broken and in the light fixture—very dangerous.
The darn TV! We couldn’t access Netflix or any other apps that we pay for. There was nothing on the programmed TV that we liked. We wanted very much to watch a good movie and eat some snacks and just have a cozy night—but we didn’t.
