It was a great place and communication with the agent was absolutely amazing
It is a little “tired” in places (could do with refreshing) but still very good

The place was clean and well equipped, with easy self check-in using a code. The host responded quickly on arrival, and everything needed for the stay was available. There's a bus going to city directly.
The room was smaller than expected, and the location was far from both the city centre and the metro station, though there was a direct bus to the city. The host responded quickly on the first day, but replies were slower on the following days.
