The hotel is exceptionally clean. Great en suite bathroom, good sheets and towels and comfortable bed.
Access to BBC channels would have been great as would English language film channels.

Excellent breakfasts. Great location. Helpful.staff. Exceptionally clean and very well managed
Reception desk hid the staff. You want to ' see a smiling face'. No real evening menu but plenty of restaurants nearby.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I felt safe as a single female traveller and was given a room near the lift which I appreciated. Excellent breakfasts
and helpful staff. I am very happy that I picked this hotel .

Nice hotel in a good location. Comfortable bed and rooms are of good size. Good value for money.
Breakfast. Though the selection was good enough I did not find it delicious and sticked to fried eggs.
The biggest disappointment was that I received cancellation from booking.com (with explanation that my credit card did not work at the check-in) and this happened after I successfully paid and whist I was staying in the hotel. Apparently false information went from the hotel to booking.com. Hence low overall rating of the hotel.
