Nice location, easy check in, pretty good benefits. Room was slightly dated and carpet needs to be replaced like asap. But overall for the price it was worth it to stay. Walking distance from the boardwalk is really nice. Also the pools were a huge hit with our kids

Great location. Building is a little dated. Two bedrooms has less than desirable view & noise level on ocean Blvd & over looking parking ramp & alleyway. A noise machine would have done the trick. I’d stay here again. Walking distance to shops, boardwalk & local restaurants was great.

This was a great location. You are able to walk to several places if the heat isn't too intense for you. The pool area and beach access were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. The furniture was a bit dated, but everything was VERY clean.

Overall had a good stay. Facility is non-smoking but you could smell Marijuana near the stairwell and elevator. Scent was so strong it came into my unit. The pull out couch bed was broken, we had to place the couch cushions underneath where the head is supposed to be in order to sleep comfortably. The room took 2 hours to clean. Check in reservation time was 4pm. My family arrived at 2pm. I asked for an early check in due to my family from NY flying in early but was not accommodated. So it felt like I stayed for 2 and a half days instead of 3. It was nice but I will not be returning here for another stay.

Perfect beach spot.

This is our second time staying at Camelot. We had an amazing time. There is nothing that beats waking up to the sound of the ocean. The condo was really nice and comfortable. We loved the table. It was perfect for meals or just sitting and hanging out. The corner location felt much more private than our previous stay when we were in the middle of the building. The ocean view was perfect! Besides the table, the rest of the decor was a bit underwhelming. The bathrooms are a bit dated and could use some upgrades, especially the main bathroom. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, but noisy! Impossible to get in or out of bed without really obnoxious creaking. We used the oven a few times to save some money on dining. It takes forever to preheat. We had to turn it on a good half hour before we actually wanted to use it. For some reason we got a broom but no dustpan, so we could only sweep the dust into a corner. And lastly, we had a lot of problems with the room keys not working. The front desk staff were extremely patient, courteous and friendly, going out of their way to try and resolve the key issue for us. It was more of an inconvenience than anything. Overall we would recommend Camelot and this unit to any small family looking for a relaxing Myrtle Beach getaway. It is affordable, comfortable and in a good location. We had great week!

Pros: VIEW: Chef's Kiss - perfect view LOCATION: Close enough to the boardwalk to walk everywhere but far enough away to not have the traffic noise CLEAN: Condo was very clean with the exception of the doors to the rooms and cabinets - General cleaning was spot on, but could use a deep clean STAFF: Staff were awesome - Friendly and accommodating - one of the bartenders was HILARIOUS. Didn't catch his name SERVICE RESPONSE: Had multiple issues/breakdowns of the elevators but they had service techs out immediately ... we never had to take the stairs even with the breakdowns Cons: Really didn't have too many complaints BAR: closed incredibly early - like 5 or 6 pm - Bummz next door closed at 9 - Kinda disappointing for the parents and downtime LOL BATH TOWELS: There is nowhere to hang wet bath towels after use if you have more than 4 people HANGERS: Bring your own if you plan to hang your clothes - Only had 6 per closet SHOWER: The place had INSANE water pressure. Actually kind of painful to bathe because of it. Glad I didn't get sunburned as I couldn't imagine showering in there with a sunburn. Also, the shower curtains didn't keep the water IN the shower and we were constantly cleaning up puddles on the floor. Unsure if this was a shower curtain issue or the water pressure issue, but water would come up over the curtain bar and out the sides of the curtain no matter what position the curtain was in. End of the day opinion: Worth Booking ... the few issues mentioned wouldn't keep me from booking again :)
