Lovely little studio apartment with a beautiful lake view. Tasteful decor and super comfy bed. Location was perfect for our weekend stay.

Great location with a beautiful view. Size of the room is great.

I have received the code to the gate at 7pm on the day of my check-in although I have already sent the documents needed to complete my check in 4 days in advance. The dishwasher was broken and nobody came to fix it even after contacting them.

clean, bright, beautiful decor, fantastic kitchen facilities, big rooftop deck overlooking the lake, convenient parking, comfortable bed, big TV, internet worked very well, secure, great fireplace, overall great stay

there was no place to hang my clothes. no dresser, closet or storage for my luggage. I found that quite strange, given the obvious thought they put into planning the room layout.

NOTHING. In fact, I was never able to access the property because the management company never bothered to provide me with the entrance code. They have send me an email with a phone no to complete a registration form, which I did. I tried to call them several time during the day , left messages and e-mailed them But no one ever called me back. I paid in advance and it was non refundable. I had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night and had to pay for another room. I called them and e-mailed them back the next morning but no one bothered to contact me or apologize. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! They send an emergency contact number that hungs up at the 2nd buz!! The most careless management ever.

There was not breakfast, just coffee

Electric blind didn't open 100% to view the lake just a 1/4 open to have a bit of light from outside. There were paper toilet underneath the bed. The front main entry no hand rails, too much ice on the passage that anyone could fall on the cliff easily. Driveway too iced to back up that car slipped. Workers on the 2nd floor at 7:00am woke us up with lousy noises. Shame on them no respect at all and the site of this company Kasania for NOT respecting the peace of the clients.

Loved the separate doors, easy access to the beach and town. Quiet and well lit. I just didn’t like the lack of privacy within the apartment. There is an opening in the wall that connects the bathroom to the rest of the room. It’s for the bathtub. To each their own opinion when it comes to this.

I loved everything... especially the exceptional service of Sabrina... a very efficient and helpful girl.

The only thing missing are coat hangers at the entrance...this is not just another critical observation...
